After unboxing I realized some of the finish on the shower head was damaged. Inside the filter housing the finish was completely missing/worn in one area, which makes me think the item was possibly used .

The media could not be loaded. Should this be leaking like this? The installation was, as instructed. Already did a trouble shoot. Any suggestions, or is this normal? So far the water feels amazing.
