Great printer however, you need an app on your phone to print in order to use. Doesn’t hook up to your phone like a normal printer. When print did your work will scroll up. However, you should know that when you buy it because the paper is round. First of all, the printer is exactly what I needed; yes, it works beautifully. I got the purple one, which is lighter than it looks in the photos but still cute. My only problem was with the installation. For clarification, I use Linux Mint. Spent hours trying to install this according to their instructions, but the files I downloaded and those shown in the video were not even the same? Finally I had to use my terminal to find the executable files and be able to run install. Thought I should come here and let you know in case anyone is having the same problem as me and thinks maybe it's not compatible with your version. It probably is, you just have to ignore their video ... show more

I got this in the hopes I could easily print from a phone or tablet. Nothing about this is easy. The app is painfully riddled with malfunction. I am constantly having to print things, files and emails from my phone. Pairing this was quite easy but in the description it states that it can use a standard 8 1/2 x 11 paper and that is not the case it can only use thermal think old fax paper, I am disappointed as it is lightweight and if it could print on a standard paper, it would be perfect but for the price I do not recommend ... show more

I can't believe how easy it was to set up the printer to my mac laptop. It was a little more effort to hook up bluetooth, which was a little odd to me but it wasn't hard. The directions are a little off but it's easy enough to figure them out. I have to give Kudos to their customer service. I wasn't sure which paper to order so I reached out to their customer service and received a prompt email back with links to paper and a link to instructions for using single sheet thermal paper (using the single sheet was exactly what I thought but I didn't quite do it correctly before the instructions).
