This thermal printer makes printing on the go easy! This printer has a built in battery allowing you to toss this printer in your computer bag and can easily print out any document you need within a few seconds. The printer uses an app where you will decide what file to print. The app is very basic and rather simple to use. You have the ability to choose from 3 darkness print settings. The app also includes some simple designs to print for fun. The thermal paper is your main concern when using this printer. You are not able to use just any paper. It has to be a thermal paper in order for the printer to properly print. The paper is a little different feeling than your standard paper. It has a bit more of a sheen to the paper. It also is a thinner feeling paper. You can use single sheet paper to print or you can use thermal paper on a roll or a bundle of paper that has perforations to tare. This printer is easy to use. Simply power or printer, connect with phone, open app and within app select open file and you can then decide what you’d like to print, insert paper in correct orientation, the printer will pull in the paper when inserted properly and will hold ready until you select print. Once selecting print, the paper will be pulled through the printer and within 10 seconds, you have a printed document. First time trying a thermal printer. It's a lot more convenient than I considered. Although we lose the ability to print in colour, it does compensate with fast and easy printing paper. My only issue is the price. Apart from that, installation via a computer is simple once you download the drivers. I went through the process of setting up the app and after having a hard time getting it to work, I had to accept all of the permissions. I’m not happy about that. This comes with some basic instructions but not enough to get the best use out of this product. The app says that you can print all sorts of things, but all it has are three things that you can use. Your photos on your phone, or a website that I’m not sure what you’re supposed to do with that, or your documents. This app says you can print out emojis, use it for creating things, etc. this is not what I’m getting. I did get the app hooked up to my Bluetooth. And it did print. But I had to insert the paper a few times because there are no instructions on how to use the paper that came with this. When I first opened the printer I noticed that there was some paper jammed in the upper corner. I can’t get it out. So each time I tried to print something, it was tearing up the paper. I tried to do research to find some instructions for this printer and can’t find anything. This won’t work for everyday use because on one side it has printed information on which side is not the printing side on the paper. But there are no instructions letting you know if that goes face down or face up. I would never purchase this printer again. I should have got the printer that prints different sizes. Apparently, this only prints full sheets. I’m not sure if you can print labels or anything else, again, because I don’t have any instructions on how to use this except initially setting it up. ... show more
