This is a great addition to my game room! It is the perfect height for a pool cue holder- so many of these I see are too short, but not this 1. It is made of legit nice wood. It holds a lot of pool cues very well. It holds my extra set of pool balls in the top shelf groves, 1 of my racks on the included hook, and my pool table brush I put on the bottom shelf. I love that it fits perfectly in the corner, so not in the way when I play. Not cheap, but worth the money. Highly recommended ... show more

Super easy to put together (I didn't really spend much time with the instructions as they were just pictures - there aren't many pieces, so it is pretty intuitive) and looks really nice. One thing that I noticed is some reviews said it wouldn't revolve once assembled. If you are buying this, you need to know that the bottom of the rack comes already assembled. You have to disassemble this and remove the track that allows for revolution before screwing in the support pieces or the screws will tighten down on the track and prevent spinning. Once the supports are attached, just reassemble the bottom and it will spin perfectly. It sounds harder than it actually is. If you already own it and have this problem, I think it is an easy fix to just disassemble it and make sure the bottom is reassembled AFTER the supports are in place. ... show more

The "but" part: 1) The "installation instructions" will make you laugh out loud - it's a single sheet with basically a parts list and no words. That being said, I think anybody can figure it out if I was able to. 2) The holes in the "backsplash" and the top shelf were not drilled out cleanly and probably a bit too small. I used my drill to get rid of the excess shavings inside, and then still had to drill out a little more on each end since the locating dowels didn't line up. Also, one of the screws to attach it from underneath didn't line up with it's pre-drilled hole (if that even existed) so I drilled a new one. 3) Some of the feet didn't thread in straight, so the unit wobbles slightly. I don't care about this part since I'm not ever going to move it 4) The holes underneath the top shelf for the brass hooks are located too close together. I had to get each screw started a little and then alternate back and forth and drive them in with the tips facing each other. 5) Don't use machine tools - even by hand I could begin to feel things starting to strip out - it's not a hard enough wood to allow anything beyond moderate hand torque. But that all being said, even though it does reek of cheap (probably because it IS) I didn't spend that much time messing with it and it uncrapped up my game room, looks good, and I'm happy. I am very happy with this purchase. Took me about 20 minutes to put it together after spending five minutes watching in the nice video they have available now. I was concerned by previous reviews complaining about the assembly instructions. This is no longer an issue.
