Updating my review to 5 stars, because now my husband can go back to enjoying his balls. I ordered this set in June (of this year) for my husband for Fatherโ€™s Day. I bought the more expensive option hoping they would last longer. The balls arrived and appeared beautiful and flawless. It has been less than two months, and my husband has only been able to play a few times, and already the set is ruined. A few balls got banged up in the first use and had tiny chips missing out of them. We let it go. But then, one ball got a huge chunk out of it. This is extremely disappointing after having them only a short time. While they do arrive looking the way they are advertised, they donโ€™t remain that way long. ... show more

The 1 ball shattered when I broke. It wasn't a small chip, a good chunk where the number was broke off the ball. Edit: The customer service is great, refunding and replacing the set. The new set is holding up so far and has lasted longer than the original.

I bought these and love them, was worried about chipping but after my buddy bounced a couple off the table onto concrete floor they didn't chip, my only serious complaint is the numbers have a texture that would make the balls roll uneven, pretty much where all the numbers are you can feel it's raised a bit could be this sets flaw individually no idea ... show more
