The three speed and AI functions on this mixer add to the joy of using it. It creates no bubbles while mixing even when using the highest speed. The AI function when using the mixer stand, allows me to prepare my next batch of resin while knowing the current batch will mix for the full four minutes that I want. The media could not be loaded. I tried it out and absolutely love the hands free capability. Love the 3 speeds. I only used the 1 speed because the epoxy I was working with was a fast set and didn't want allot of bubbles. I was able to torch the few bubbles I did have. I made a mold for my desk at work to sit my cups on. Only thing I wish was didn't was the on and off switch should be separate from the speeds, when holding it down to turn on it goes straight to speed 2 and you have to go speed 3 to get back to 1. The media could not be loaded. This appears to be well made. It is fairly quiet. However it might be user error but the AI part is not clear to me and I didn’t see that it reversed when mixing. I do like it better than the previous one I have as it doesn’t get hot and is quiet. It is a bit pricey. I like that is has a stand and 4 mixers and a silicone base cover . I’m not sure that mixers actually produce less bubbles the hand mixing but with the stand it frees me up to continue to prep for the project! ... show more

So disappointed with this product. 1st one I rec’d worked for about an hour then it just died. Seller sent a replacement and I got to use that for 3 days then it stopped working. Buttons are stuck; seems any resin residue sticks to it and there iss nothing I could do to clean it up. The push buttons are completely stuck - a very poor design since working with resin means there will be some residue from your hands even when you are so careful. If you do any kind of resin work this is a tool you should have in your toolbox! Charges quickly, stops automatically when it’s ready and clean up with alcohol is a breeze. Really good product, I strongly recommend it!
