  • Informative, quick response
Style: 75 GPD
I talked to Nick at iSpring customer service and let him know my issue of the RO membrane not working after removing it for the winter. He instructed me on keeping it hydrated and it would be good to go when I open up my cabin in the summer. He was able to get me a complimentary membrane since I had already gone through 3 elements. Great product and good price. ... show more

  • I Love my iSprings filtration system
Style: 75 GPD
I've had my 5 stage iSprings system for about 5 years. It gives me better than bottled water quality but since I fill a stainless steel container, it avoids about 10-12 plastic bottles every day (YES, I drink a lot of water). It's very important to change out the filters periodically. I was very good and did it at 1 year, then it slipped to maybe 18 months. I was on my 4th filter change-out. The RO cartridge and other early stage filters have always been easy and never a problem. However, for this event, I could not get the 5th stage final filter to stop dripping. I went on the Amazon order page and selected "contact seller". A nice person named Sean reached out to me. Buying things unseen always presents a risk but not with iSprings. Sean informed me of his immediate actions to send me replacement parts but also took the rare step of conveying a feeling that no matter what happened from this point forward, he was taking ownership of my success in getting the filter back on- line. The replacement parts arrived and also leaked but Sean sent a third set of failed parts and a bit of hose. That did the trick. I think possibly my old tubing had gotten brittle such that it was preventing a good seal with the o-rings. Maybe I hadn't pushed it far enough into the fitting or maybe it kinked. for some reason it wasn't making a good seal. Each time I pulled out a failed connection, I could feel new imperfections on the outside of the tubing. I cut it off each time between repeat attempts. I didn't not pull out the new successful tubing to see if it has this same phenomenon. The only downside of this or any other under-sink system is that is takes up space and that involved some negotiation with my wife so as to not have supplies piled up around the filter unit. Anyway- if you are deliberating an under- sink filtration system, I highly recommend the iSprings system. It has everything a person needs to drink cool clear water. It is easy to maintain. If you have some problem, iSprings will jump in the foxhole with you to fight whatever you may be battling. ... show more

  • Easy to install and pure, clean drinking water!
Style: 6-Stage RO Replacement Filter Set
The iSpring water filter replacement set helps me maintain clean and refreshing water for my entire family. Our home came with an under sink iSpring water filter system, but it came time to replace the filters so I reached out to Nick from iSpring and he was so helpful. He helped point me in the direction of which filter set would be compatible for my current unit. He also helped provide connector pieces. He went above and beyond to provide an instruction tutorial for me to replace the filters myself. It was an easy, seamless process and I am thankful to Nick and the whole iSpring team for a wonderful product! ... show more

  • iSpring is a great company that backs their products!
Style: 1-Year Replacement Filter Set
I have had my Isprings RO system for several years now. It has been a great performer and I have 0 complaints. The replacement filters are reasonably priced and all the equipment is quality. Anytime I have any issues or questions I am able to call them and get a tech on the phone that can answer my questions. Recently I spoke with Don about a 3rd party addon filter I purchased that was causing issues with my system flow. He took the time to troubleshoot the issue with me, even though the part causing the issues was sold by another company. He was able to quickly get my system working again and sent me a spare flow restrictor to accommodate the new flow rate. There are many places you can buy RO systems and filters out there and it wouldn't surprise me if they came from the same factories in China. But to have an American company that backs the product they sell and provides top notch after sales support is what really matters to me. Thank you Don! ... show more

  • Customer service took it from 1 star to 4.
Style: 1-Year Replacement Filter Set
My order was missing one GAC filter, and after contacting Ispring I have upped it to 4 stars based on excellent customer service. I was told by the Ispring rep that in spite of the appearance of the box (Ispring graphics and sealed in a way that I have never seen from Amazon) Amazon had done the packing of the box and it was Amazon that neglected to include the second GAC filter. I think that someone could update the "Product Support" link to providing an email rather than sending the user to the Ispring (123filter.com) site to fill out a support ticket. I was told by the Ispring representative that emailing direct is best. The 5th stage filter from Ispring did not fit my system as everything included for it (the adapters) would only work with 1/4" line and the input and output of that stage on our system here is 3/8". Obviously it's not on Ispring that the one they sent did not fit in this case. Water tastes significantly better after replacing everything (including the membrane in an attempt to increase the flow rate), but we had gone about 18 months on the initial filter set. ... show more
