I usually dont write the review, but this one deserves it, since there are not that many reviews. First of all, it is good product and great customer support! Amazon messed up my shipping, which was kinda expected because I ordered it before christmas. I got the wrong side tub, but I contacted the seller and they shipped the correct bath right away and were very responsive. The tub is very heavy. You would need 2-3 ppl to set it up. The set up was kinda challenging because it required new wiring. So make sure you schedule an appointment with electrician. Wiring did cost me additional $500. Connection with water pipes was not hard, but you would need some tools to make a good seal between the drain pipe and the tub drain tube. Let's talk about tub performance. Jets work great, there are two options. Kids call these options: stream and bubbles. Lighting is kinda cool, and creates a cozy feeling. Tub maintains temperature, which is super nice, because I do not like the idea of adding hot water every time when it gets cold. It is deep, so you can actually soak completely. My son "tested" the tub after it was installed and discovered it took over an hour to fill and was luke warm. After consulting with other son does this for a living, decided we needed to install an adapter on the hot water tank to mix hot and cold water (about $90) and crank the hot water tank temp to max. Then we needed to replace water line to tub with 3/4" pex to improve rate of water flow (tub is 1/2" so there needs to be a step down between the pex and the tub). We are hoping that these changes will address the issues we discovered. ... show more

nice looking tub, BUT it won't work {the jets won't come on} has a bad computer control module, mfg says it is back ordered, still waiting since feb 2023 and no module, I agreed to install it myself, so they don't have to even pay for a service man, then finally said they would take one out of a new unit and send to me, but after 2 weeks still no module, now they say they don't have any new units to take it out of, now i am stuck, if I send back to Amazon I have to pack it back up on a shipping skid, not to mention uninstalling it, DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR --DON'T BUY THIS TUB !! ... show more

There was no manual in the shipping container. When I called the manufacturer there was no live, human available to answer the phone. No one has called 3 weeks later. I had a plumber here to install this jacuzzi upon delivery. No manual, no installation. Two plumbers later, a wasted, unplanned $400 later we have installation and a wonderful product. Good for relaxing and winder down. Jets are strong! The water keeps the temperature you select. I had a contractor installed it as part of a total bathroom gut-out. He was not thrilled with the instructions.

We have been trying to get a new seal for the door so we may use the tub. It lets water out like a water fall when you try to fill the tub. 5" of water and it is running out faster than it fills. They wanted a video of the water running out of the tub!! Why, would someone want to replace the seal if it was not leaking? Finally, they said they would send it out. Low & behold it is out of stock. I would appreciate and help I can get. Why have the tub if you can't use it. ... show more
