First the goodies: The headset is comfortable to wear as most of the weight is around your neck and because of the shape it stays in place very well. Connectivity is as good as any BT 5.0 device I have tried exceeding the 33 foot range without the horrible breakup connectivity from older devices Sound is Okay…not fantastic but certainly good enough for my ears with a little of extra bass bias, not much but its there. I can listed to music/audiobooks/podcasts for pretty much the full 11 hours and that is saying something (and is nice when you are on a long flight(s)!) The Bad: Multiple device support is just not great - I experience issues when listening on my iPad but also connected to my iPhone and it is bad - some idiot decided that it is a good idea to play a tone (at full volume, not the current volume) when one of your devices is disconnected so you cannot listed to the music you want to without going to turn off the BT on the other device or restarting the headphones… I seriously considered a three star rating because of this. Charging is a bit slow - you are not getting full charge in anything less than two hours if you drain the set. Because of the design there is no way for the earbuds to equalize pressure and this will affect the sound and volume. You need to play with the fit to get the fit to work for you. Overall I am pretty happy with my purchase and use them on a daily basis as I do some woodworking or travel (not much these days) ... show more

I used these approximately 2 hours a week strictly for yard work during the mowing season. They worked great cutting the lawn equipment down to hearing safe levels while allowing me to connect to the phone for music. This mowing season I tried to turn them on and nothing. Tried charging them and nothing. I've looked at other makes but may have to suck it up and get another set since these aren't as prohibitively expensive like some of the others. Sound quality is great for the price. The tips are a bit "hard" for my personal comfort. But there are lots to choose from and replacements are available. The block a lot of noise to the point where it is hard to hear people talking even when not playing music. Overall I like them. Update. Sept 2021 After nearly daily use since March 2021 I've noticed that my right earpiece is starting to act like it has a short in the wire going into the earpiece. I usually wear them around my neck all day at work and put them in when there is loud noise probably 20 times a day or if I get a call (about 10 calls a day) overall I'm still happy with them but will try to get with isotunes to see if they can do anything about the short. Minor chipping on one if the magnets too but dosen't effect the function. Update Sept 21. I emailed customer support and told them about the issue I was having and they said it was covered under the 1 year warranty. Got a brand new set within a week no charge. Very happy with the service and will be buying more of their products. ... show more

Headphones work great, have great battery life, good sound, and are comfortable. They are much better than my prior Bluetooth headsets but they still do not have adequate volume. I have tried several different ones of the included earbuds but none of them adequately block outside noise so that the maximum volume is adequate. They are loud enough that I can hear them when I am running a lawnmower but not when I run a weed trimmer. My wired headset can be heard above both but is very inconvenient because the wire to my mobile device continually gets caught on me, my equipment, or low hanging limbs. I recommend this product highly as long as you do not wish to hear in very loud environments. ... show more

Clearly you can see it was repackaged an sent out again. Ear wax and dog hair! Shown in picture, shouldn’t of paid full price for the product! Disappointed.

These are the best quality eat plug type headphones I’ve had yet. I have a few minor issues but I still think these things deserve 5 stars. Issue 1 the buttons are very flat so hard to feel with gloves. 2 the buttons are pretty laggy so that’s not super convenient and last like other reviewers I’m worried that I’m gonna break the little tab for the charging port cover. That could have definitely been engineered a little better. None of these things affect the quality, durability or effectiveness of these headphones enough to give it a 4 star. I love that I can listen to podcasts while running a rotary hammer. ... show more
