So, I picked up two isinwheel U7 Electric Bikes, and let me tell you, these things are a blast. You hop on, hit the throttle, and boom—you’re cruising at 20 mph like it’s nothing. The size is perfect; it’s not some giant thing you have to wrestle with, and the step-thru frame makes it so easy to just get on and go. The battery setup is genius. Pop it out, charge it up, slap it back in—simple as that. And the range? It’s solid. I’m getting all over town on one charge. Plus, the cargo racks? Crazy useful. Groceries, a backpack, whatever—you throw it on, and it’s like the bike just says, “I got this.” What really gets me, though, is how smooth and fun it is to ride. It’s got enough power to feel exciting without being overkill, and the 7-speed gearshift handles hills like a pro. Honestly, for the price, it’s kind of a no-brainer. So yeah, 5 stars. No complaints. Okay, I got this due to the price and that is a cargo bike that comes with racks. But, I think it is a $1000 bike as far as value. Cons so far... Pedals did not turn easily, but are very nice metal so I used them. PAS is 1 to 5, I was expecting 1 to 3... but, 1 to 3 makes you work. 4 and 5 are fast and easy. Not sure what kind of senor, but PAS does not kick in right away, so I use the throttle to start more than I figured. And the throttle. I said to myself I would not use it often, yet, I used and loved it. I live in Greenville SC near Falls Park. There is a paved world famous bicycle trail, Swamp Rabbit, that goes passed the cemetery where my parents, family and best friend are resting. I wanted a bicycle to take me there, today the U7 did. Using mostly 4 and 5 PAS, throttle... And surprisingly it has cruise control too. And I never got over 20 MPH but never ghost peddled when I was in 7th or 6th gear. I got 23 miles on a fully charged battery and tires at 23PSI. But there were few times I was under 19 MPH. You can still pedal in cruise control at 19 MPH and be helping turn the back wheel. It looks like the front chainring is like 52 teeth or bigger... Good. Happy after one ride. I will continue to review this U7 on YouTube. A very good value, I love mine. Thank you Isinwheel. My reviews will be on The Swamp Rabbit Trail and posted on YouTube. Update at 130 miles. So far I still love my bike. Just got a suspension seat post, big visor for sun, etc. And a spare battery. One thing for me, the bike runs down before I do. So just ordered a spare battery to be delivered June 14 to 20th. This is big, and cost me big. I was wanting to lose some pounds any way, buying a spare battery is a fun way. (I'm a senior on a fixed income that runs out way before I do) But I love this bicycle and want to go 30 or more miles care free. I think as of now, I get about 23 miles on a full battery the way I ride. I still see this as a great value. Get a spare battery, because you'll enjoy riding it. Thank you, Isinwheel. No fails yet. It does not have suspension, been a stiff ride even with a suspension seat post... I ran the 20 x 3 inch tires at 25 PSI cause it said 30 PSI max... Tonight I rode it at 21 PSI and the ride was greatly improved. I might try 16 or so next ride. I love it so much I have ridden it twice in one day. I used to ride every other day for health and pleasure, now I ride every day and losing weight. Thank you, Isinwheel, for an Affordable bicycle I could get and love. As far as bumps, I ride at 17 to 20 MPH in cruise but peddling even at 20 MPH, at 12 or 14 MPH, pedal assist 3, or below, bumps are a lot less. Knowing that, and what you get, it is a very good deal. This bike is fantastic. I have all the local moms jealous. I bought this to drop off and pick up my son from school. Using the car and waiting in the parent line is awful and time consuming. I added a small seat on the back and a basket to the front. We zoom in and out at pick up and drop off like a dream. Bike eame nicely packaged with easy instructions to follow along and put together alone. Has a great battery life, charges fast, comfortable seat, fun to ride, great value. Battery last about 35-40 miles hard to say exactly since battery charges up a bit if you are willing to pedal the gears make it so much easier. The bike is heavy so I do not recommend it for someone needing to carry up stairs unless you are very strong. ... show more

    • A good cargo e-bike with affordable price

The package was delivered quickly. I was impressed that every paint coating surfaces is wrapped with protective wrappers to prevent accident scratches during shipping. There is a minor problem that the kickstand is too long and the bike could not stand up by itself initially but it was resolved in a creative way. The cargo ebike has build-in front and rear racks. I installed baskets in both racks and use it for groceries shopping. There is no suspension for both front and rear wheels so the ride may not be really comfortable but the fat tires somewhat reduced the uncomfortable in ride as long as it is riding in paved trails and in low speeds. I like it has a build in bell with a press button in the left side of the handlebar to ring the bell. Another button to turn on/off the front light. I don’t have a lot mileage on it yet because my frequent supermarkets are just a few miles away but I think it is a good cargo e-bike that can fulfill its mission. ... show more

After 3 weeks, we are still enjoying our e-bikes. We ordered two. Shipped separately. The bikes were a lot lighter than we anticipated; easy to put together (almost 90% done); we had a problem with the battery charging. Sent a service request through Amazon and got a response next day, which solved the charging issue. I use pedal assist and am enjoying it. It goes a little too fast for me, so I stay between range 0-2. There are 5. I'm not ready to go 28 mph. Maybe eventually. Helmets arrived separately a few days later. Fat tires good for gravel and grass. Only down side, there is NO suspension on these bikes. Use only for commuter purposes, not on dirt or rough trails.
