I have no affiliation with anybody involved with this chair, for starters. I wanted a chair and I drove around and tested so many. I tried $6000 chairs, $8000 chairs, $10,000 and $14,000...I spent just over $2000 on this chair, and it was the same if not better than the more expensive chairs. It wasn't one of those that came in 3 boxes, it came in a single box, easy to put together in like 20 minutes out of box. It does everything the more expensive chairs do...The foot massage is great. The best thing for starters is to just turn it on and let the machine do its thing. I put mine on level 2 and put Pink Floyd Animals on the Bluetooth. I wish the offered a pad near the bottom because it was a little much but we just throw a towel on that. I don't know these people but I wish I could thank them. I love my chair. ... show more

My Wife bought the IRest Massage Chair for me for Father’s Day, thank you Wifey. I thought it was going to be a waste of money, I was wrong. I've abused my body over multiple decades and I was in search of ways to find relief, I even had a membership at a massage spa. Initially, I felt like the massage rollers were a little too intense, but I quickly got used to it. I use the chair daily and I’m so thankful to my wife and IRest for a wonderful product. I cancelled my membership at the spa and I’m now dedicated to my IRest massage chair. My only complaint is I wish I could set the timer for 45 minutes to an hour instead of the factory default. But it’s an easy fix, one press of a button and I’m back to a full body massage. It looks great, smooth, quiet, fair price, well made, and you’ll get a great head-to-toe massage while listening to some great coffee house music via Bluetooth. I live with extreme chronic pain from an incurable condition, so we bought this chair to see if it could help with pain management. It looks lovely, and is extremely heavy (Im about 5' and 110lbs and my 17yo son and I lifted it way the hell up our stairs), and after lifting it and moving it, I for sure needed the chair because I'm 38 and thought I was going to die . . . . age sneaks up on you! We've had the chair a while now. It has good pre-set settings for different massages, manual option, options to add more time, and a variety of other settings. It is easy to use the controllers (remotes, voice, etc.). We do not use the voice option because it heard the TV and Alexa and the house was going bonkers because of it! Two downsides - could use a tad more pressure (that's me, but my son and husband think it's fine) and there is not an option to go back to the main menu when you are in a screen (like a back button), so you have to wait a few seconds for the remote to go back to the main menu. I was able to assemble the chair myself. I love everything about this chair! The preset modes are on point and I love that I can customize my settings as well! You can expect to be sore after the first few sessions but if you maintain a decent routine, this chair is amazing! It took me a minute to get used to the feet rollers, but now I look forward to them after a long day! I believe the chair paid for itself within the first week of use! I love to Bluetooth some spa music from my iPhone and dim the lights to prepare for a restful nights sleep. I have scoliosis and cervical and lumbar kyphosis and I find it helps tremendously with keeping my loose and helping relieve the tension in my muscles from my spine issues. I tend to use it without the attached back cushion because I enjoy the pressure. It’s nice to have it there for personal preference. I’m a thousand percent happy with this purchase! If this one ever fails me, heaven forbid, I’ll order the next one with expedited shipping! Just order the chair! You deserve it and your body will thank you for it!! ... show more

See updated review below… Initial review: Just got my chair today. Set it up and started it, the air doesn’t seem to be working at all and I see no details on any setup for the air part of it. Support contact information is pretty confusing. When I click for support on Amazon, it takes me to a WhatsApp text. It almost seems like it’s set up to contact a single person rather than a support team. Everything is in some different language too. ***Update*** I ended up going to the site where you set up the warranty. Still seemed like I initially was contacting an individual rather than a support team, not a big deal. They mentioned I need to call M-F, 9-5 for help from a technician. After a bit I got a message noting that the technician was actually going to call me that day (Saturday). He did later that evening and we did a FaceTime. We took the plastic pieces off the back to expose the inside and found a connection on the motherboard was loose. It snapped into place and the air started working. Although contacting support was a bit confusing at first, they made it right and the technician was super helpful and even followed up unprompted a couple days later to check in. The chair itself is really good for the price point, though I’m wondering if the 303 model is a better value. You are paying hundreds of dollars more for this 306 model for not a ton of added features (some AI voice control functions, control panel on armrest, and a yoga setting, which I assume is the stretching option?), unsure of other differences. I’m still learning the options/settings, but so far my wishes on improving (I won’t deduct any stars for this): -I personally like the arm/hand compression. I’d like more intensity on that. The highest intensity is a bit strong on my ankles, would like to see that on the hands/arms or an option to control it air intensity for different sections. And adding a palm roller or something would be awesome. -The indent where the rollers come down to where you sit is a bit large and deep. It probably needs to be that way for those rollers, but has me slightly concerned with how that will hold up or feel over time. -Ability to lock the extension of the leg piece in place. When fully reclined, it pushes back so my upper legs and knees are bent and not really inside the padding (I’m 6’1”). All of that said, I really like it so far and glad they were able to fix my issue without having to send it back. **overall, I would buy it again if I had to go back**. What you get for the price is hard to beat without spending $10k on a chair. If I remember, I’ll update my review after a year or 2. ... show more
