Pretty easy to put together after recognizing that the screws weren't labeled correctly for two sets but fairly easy to follow directions and get it ready for the hybrid mattress I got for the queen in black. This was truly a great purchase as far as quality for pricing and would definitely get another style from this company very soon. It's STURDY and quieter than I expected. The pictures didn't give me much confidence in the fitting of the fairly inexpensive hybrid mattress ordered for it, but surprisingly it is fitted for my 12" and could easily Jackie a 14" but NOT bigger than that. Wow beautiful bed. Feels very sturdy. It was a little tedious to put together but overall easy to do, just time consuming. DONT SKIP A STEP and be sure your lining stuff up accordingly. follow the booklet and be sure to use the screws it says to.. I had 1 extra screw of each! So happy will update stars later if any issues ... show more

Let me say I had some bad experiences with buying beds online. This bed changed all that. I put it together in 47 minutes flat. It was super easy to put together. It is very sturdy as long as you dont use it as a trampoline. I did slightly tear into the headboard somehow, but i really dont care about that. I put some tape over it and kept it moving. I'm writing this review with a mix of frustration and disbelief. I purchased the product linked above (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BZ16RY57?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details) less than a month ago, and I'm utterly shocked at the quality—or rather, the complete lack thereof. Within weeks of using this bedframe, disaster struck. I weigh less than 140 lbs, and yet the bedframe managed to collapse under my weight. Can you believe that? A supposedly sturdy bedframe that can't even hold up to a lightweight individual. It's mind-boggling how a product marketed as a functional piece of furniture can fail so spectacularly at its primary task. The build quality of this bedframe is an absolute joke. The materials used feel cheap and flimsy, and it's clear that corners were cut during the manufacturing process. I expected a certain level of durability considering the price, but what I received was a shoddy piece of junk that couldn't withstand basic usage. Adding insult to injury, the customer service from the manufacturer has been less than stellar. They acknowledged the issue but offered me a paltry $50 refund, which is laughable considering the inconvenience and frustration this product has caused me. It's clear they are fully aware of the subpar quality they are peddling to unsuspecting customers. I implore anyone reading this review: DO NOT waste your hard-earned money on this bedframe. It's a complete waste of time, money, and energy. The fact that it broke under my weight in less than a month speaks volumes about the lack of quality control and care that went into producing this disaster of a product. Save yourself the headache, disappointment, and potential injury by avoiding this bedframe like the plague. Invest your money in a product that actually delivers on its promises and won't crumble beneath you. This has been an absolute nightmare, and I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy.
