I have a family of six and just recently bought a home with a small dining room. I wanted to buy a table that wasn’t too big but would be able to fit all of us and looked nice. I saw this dining set and took a chance since there were no reviews on it but the measurements were what I was looking for. I put it together myself, which took about 40 minutes. The table and chairs are light, but sturdy, and although it’s narrow, it fits my whole family (and we’re not small either). I’ve been using it with the leaf in it, but the leaf is easy to remove and install. This Dining room set is perfect! Everything is easy to put together with very detailed instructions and even peices to help screw it in easier!! You can remove the center peice and have a small table or keep it a big table just by unlocking 2 sides! It's super easy to clean! It comes with the corner safety peices for families like mine with smaller kids! This item is a 10/10... and one of my best investments ... show more

Table is decent quality but it is extremely narrow. I purchased from looking at the pictures but they obviously staged the photos with miniature plates and utensils. Standard sizes easily take up one side of the table, zero room to serve food in middle of table. After looking at photo’s, it never occurred to me to look harder at the specs/sizes as the pics appeared to be standard size. I can’t even return it because I put the chairs together first (they arrived 2 days earlier) and the boxes were pretty banged up upon delivery (unusable). Lesson learned, don’t believe what you see in pictures, dig deeper. ... show more

I recently purchased this dining set, and while it has an attractive design, I encountered some significant issues. The assembly instructions were clear, but there are a lot of pieces, which can seem overwhelming at first. It took about 4-5 hours to assemble manually without professional tools. The table is practical and a great dining set for small apartments (nyc), but it’s not the most sturdy option. Unfortunately, the quality was disappointing. There were chips and crevices on the top wooden pieces of two chairs in addition to some peeling in the material. The table and chairs lack protective pads on the legs. After moving it for the first time, I noticed several scratches on my wooden floor, which was quite frustrating. To prevent further damage, I had to purchase felt pad inserts separately. On a positive note, the color and design are visually appealing. If you decide to purchase this set, inspect all components thoroughly upon delivery. The seller was responsive when I reported the defects. Overall, while this dining set is good for small spaces, the quality concerns make me hesitant to recommend it without caution. ... show more

This table came faster than expected and was easy to assemble. It looks exactly like the picture and it’s perfect for a small dinning room. Best part, it’s easy to clean and the seats are comfortable.

Update 12/19/23: with the table being held together via machine made screws, they don't sit very well and one doesn't seem to thread right. Now one leg of the table is super wobbly, barely being held to the table because it's just one one thread of the screw. Definitely cheaply made and I'm disappointed in the quality for the cost. Although the description says this table will seat 8 with the leaf in that's definitely not the case. We had to add 2 chairs we already owned just to seat 6 adults comfortably. The table is very narrow, not like a normal dining room table you would expect. This makes a right squeeze for 6 adults to eat, forget about having any serving dishes on the table. The set was pretty easy to put together and it arrived without damage. Benches are a bit uncomfortable after a while so it looks like we'll only be using this table when we absolutely have to. ... show more
