The media could not be loaded. It was easy to use, and I felt comfortable with it right away. I have another hair remover tool that was confusing to use and painful. I probably shouldn't have cheaped out with that one, so that was my fault. I decided to spend the extra money and go with Salloot, mostly because of their user-friendly app and cooling technology. The app is insanely easy to use and guides you step-by-step through the process. You can input your skin tone, hair density, and the area you're treating to customize each session. You can even select if you're doing your face, arms, legs, etc. I noticed a difference within a few sessions—my hair grew back much slower and thinner. The tool has adjustable settings, so I could find the right intensity for my skin. It’s also surprisingly painless. (Coming from someone with a low pain tolerance.) It comes with protective glasses and a razor, which is a nice bonus. If you’re tired of shaving or waxing all the time, this tool is definitely worth the money! I found their user manual super helpful. It answers literally any question you could possibly have. Example: I'm going on vacation next week and wanted to know if I should hold off since I'll be in the sun a lot. Yep, they state to avoid direct sunlight for a few days after using. It's too bad that this device turned out to be just terrible. The first one was ordered as a Christmas gift and there is nothing worse than presenting a gift only to be told it doesn't work. Called in to support and the thing was a brick that would not power on. They were kind enough to replace it with a new one. That one did turn on but would inconsistently flash Once in a while. It just would not work. There is an indicator clicking confirmation when good skin contact is made and then nothing happens. Sometimes you get a flash when pressing the button but most of the time nothing. Auto mode which should make the process easier was just as useless. Bad product. Also returned.
