I loved that the actual case didn't have the brand imprint on it like it does in the photo. This is just a sleek looking case that has the sturdiness of the magnets in all the right places. My only complaint is that when you want to fold up the case with the keyboard inside, the flap isn't magnetically strong enough to hold closed. It will close, but the magnet can't hold. I travel a lot with my iPad and this case/keyboard system just works without taking a lot of space in my briefcase or the folding table of an aircraft. The board has decent typing feel, strong battery life, and connects seamlessly to the iPad via Bluetooth. The only downside to the system that I've found so far is keyboard storage. It uses a magnetic connection to the cover when you use it, so it has a metal bottom. Therefore, when stowed, you have to make sure and put it keys-down on top of the iPad to keep from scratching the screen. So far, so good. ... show more

I really wanted to love this. The keyboard is really good and it sync’s up with my iPad immediately. Battery life seems ok as I run it for a couple hour without issue. My main gripe is that when you want to stand up the iPad, you must move the keyboard out from its storage position to accomplish that. I had a different case and keyboard setup that you didn’t have to move the keyboard to stand it up. It broke after I dropped it, so I got this one instead. This keyboard is magnetized and sticks to the base well. You place it to keep the iPad from tilting flat. Overall, it’s a minor issue for an otherwise great case. ... show more

    • Disappointed, stopped working

**Original review below. After a few weeks the keyboard started stopped working properly. I pressed the letter M and “jmu7” came up. Alt button was the apostrophe. Issues like that regardless of buttons pushed. I plugged in a wired keyboard and it had no issues, restarted the iPad, forgot and reconnected the keyboard, recharged the keyboard; all no luck. It’s a shame because I loved the product. Returning this. Hopefully no one else has this strange issue.** I bought this case and keyboard to replace a plugin keyboard I had and I’m so glad. It’s a small keyboard to fit the width of the iPad, but still very ergonomically comfortable, more so than the plugin keyboard I was using. It connected quick without issue on the first try, and reconnects every time. The magnet effect on the keyboard is very strong, which is good because the grooves designed for the iPad don’t really support it without the keyboard magnetized in front of it to hold it in place. When closed, you can leave the keyboard magnetized to the case and fold it inside over the iPad when not in use, but until the case kind of “breaks in” the magnetic flap on the back to hold it shut doesn’t quite engage. I prefer to take my keyboard off since it magnetizes to the outside of the case as well (kind of neat to me) so it doesn’t go anywhere when stored in a bag during any travel. The case doesn’t have any sort of stand/display feature without the keyboard attached to help support the iPad, but for me that’s small potatoes, but wanted to mention it for people who don’t want to take their keyboard out with their iPad every time.     • Good little keyboard, poor battery life

I really like the ease of use of this light, small keyboard, however, its battery life is poor. Since turning it on and off each time I use it is subject to my remembering to do so, I’m now keeping it plugged in at all times. We’ll see if that helps.
