I have contacted the Vendor several times for detailed guidance how to better understand and use the mode and volume selections of both the hearing aid units. As such, if no step by step information is provided for use of the product, they must be returned as unusable. Thank you.

These HA's fit deeply in my ears and seemed to have decent sound quality and amplification. I ended up returning them because they were very uncomfortable to wear ( the pull string dug into my ear) and I could not get to the button to change volume and programs while wearing (button too low and close to pull string.
