Make sure you fill this up FULLY!! It's says to fully inflate and leave for 24hrs before sleeping on it and that's so it can stretch to its full potential. I did NOT do this the first time so when I used it the first night camping it lost some air. I completely filled it first thing in the morning (about 6am) left it alone until I went to bed (about 1am) it was STILL very firm! Slept on it all night and when I woke up in the morning it was STILL the same. It did not lose ANY air!! I was so surprised and happy because usually with these air mattresses it's hit or miss, well this was definitely a Hit. It filled quickly and deflated quickly when it was time to pack it up. I've always thought you should have an air mattress: family over for the holidays, travelling, emergencies, sleepovers - it's good to have one just in case, y'know? THIS is a superior mattress, easy set up, even keeps itself at optimal inflation! SO COMFORTABLE seriously, try it out when you buy it so you know what your guests will be getting. Super sturdy it's a surprisingly tall bed, when you've got it set up it feels so solid, in a good way, not like with other air mattresses where you feel you might sink thru to the floor We bought ours and like 2wks later a family friend needed a place to stay while waiting for an apartment to become available, this bed was used for 1month straight with no complaints or complications! So when you order his you have to decide before opening it if you might want to return it. Amazon won't take it back once you open it. The company says call Intex if there is a problem but be aware the mattress will leak air when you first use it. So I set up the bed, inflate it and keep re-inflating it every morning for over a week before my guests arrive for a week-end stay. Mattress was faithfully deflated every morning of their stay - what a pleasant experience for them and me. Call Intex looking for help, person who answered did everything in his power to not deal with the claim. Do you have the product number from the box? No I threw the box away. Call me back when you get the number. There is no product number on Amazon's product page. Finally, I walk upstairs to the guest bedroom and look at the actual mattress. There's the product number. Tell the agent I found it on the actual mattress. His response - oh yeah. We put it there. What?? 4 attempts to get my email. 6 attempts to get my physical address (I know RI is small but it is he only state that begins with an R - yes, at this point I am pretty sure the representative is just messing with me). So I actually get the Intex email - of course my address information is messed up, but the fun part is I get to take a box cutter to the mattress, cut off large chucks and mail it to Intex - on my dime of course - in the hopes of getting a replacement. No guarantees, I will just have to wait until they look at what I sent in to see if they can find the leak. No really, I hope this customer service (?) rep is just messing with me. So why not buy Intex here? I have an older Intex mattress and its great - still going strong 12 years later. So I mainly do not recommend Intex because of this customer rep. I haven't dealt with someone trying so hard to not do their job. Why not buy from Amazon? Because if I had bought it at that W store, I could have dragged that leaking bed back and already had a refund or replacement - no box cutters required. ... show more

This Airbed was purchased as my old one had a slow leak in it, and needed to be replaced. Everything in the description was almost accurate. It blew up very easily. The height was at 20 ins. as stated. The colors and materials are great! Also, I slept very well for the first night on it, and I must say that I am a person with sleep problems. It was a great treat! Very comfortable! ! Lastly, , and why I didn't give this review 5 stars, was because I do not believe that it is a Queen sized bed. Smaller than the last one, and the Queen sheets are a bit large on it. I doubt it will be a Queen even after it expands. Other than that, I absolutely love my new airbed! OK, so first off, I refuse to give ANY air mattress higher than a 3 for sleep quality and comfort, anyone who says otherwise is crazy. But when compared to OTHER air mattresses, this one can not be beat. You get a much larger bed for your money with this brand, and it seems a lot sturdier than other brands I have tried. It is also more comfortable than other air beds I have tried. Overall, it is an excellent deal for an air mattress... But still not anywhere near as comfortable as a standard mattress. Update 2/18/2023 This thing has been fantastic. Rarely do I ever have to put air in. It is amazing how it retains air. I have left it inflated since the day I bought it. I use it maybe 2x a week now, but I was using it almost every day for a while. Even during the other days I am still laying items on it.
