Buy new! I attempted to save money and purchase from amazon warehouse, twice. Both times the item arrived with the top only and no legs. I had to return both times. I figured I’d try one more time and paid full-price and ordered new...the item then arrived via FedEx, on time and with all parts. It did have a small ding on the butcher block top, but I just figured to go with it (all the hassle and the damage earned it 4 stars, the product itself, if not damaged is a 5). Another customer posted a pic of the top stained and legs/pedestal painted and that inspired me...I stained and poly’d the top and painted the rest. It’s gorgeous! Worth the hassle of the previous returns. But I’d stick by my advice to just buy it new. ... show more

I received this table with a small hole in the top of it. I thought it was just a small defect and no big deal. I could fill it with wood filler and eventually stain the table. Well, the hole kept getting bigger and I would wake up to a small pile of wood dust outside of the hole. I learned that I have some sort of insect eating the entire inside of this table out. I received this table with a wood eating insect(s) inside of it. I have had this table in my house (home office) and I am praying that whatever has eaten this table has not moved onto any of my other furniture, or worse, my wood floors or wooden baseboards. Needless to say, the table had to be trashed. Nice table other than that. It was a perfect fit for the space that I needed it for. Now, I guess I'll be on the hunt for another table. ... show more

Beautiful table! I bought this as a side table, but it could easily be used as a nice, small dining table. Such good quality at an affordable price. I have bought other items from this company and will likely buy more. The shipping was a little strange...all the items I bought had the same tracking number, but were delivered separately on separate days. But they did all get delivered within days of each other! ... show more

This little table has so much potential. Very sturdy with a beautiful butcher block top. We decided to paint the pedestal white and stained the top with Minwax Special Walnut. I am thrilled with the results. Highly recommend.

This was a great buy! Perfect size for my tiny kitchen nook. It arrived well packaged and although there were deep staples on the underside of the tabletop holding the packaging, i removed what I could and who will see the rest? It came with a very nice surface, smooth and even, and I finished it in a day with great results. Its solid, heavy and sturdy for its size and Im very happy with it. ... show more

Wonderful table. Really sturdy, doesn’t tip when you lean on it, and it looks great. My only problem is I hate putting things together. In the end, realized I had an extra piece. Uh oh! Had wanted the table to be 36” high, but forgot to put on the top piece, so table is 30” - and I had stripped the screws in putting it together because the screw holes did not line up well at all, so couldn’t take it apart to add extra piece. In the end I have two barstools I have no use for & had to buy two chairs for my 30” table. But that doesn’t take away from the fact that I am really happy with the table. ... show more
