*SECOND UPDATE* It has now been 1 month since I requested replacement parts from the company with no reply after their first email. This is completely ridiculous. Today I'm filing a second complaint with the BBB. At least reply...this is legitimately the worst customer service I've ever received. *UPDATE* For three weeks, I have been trying to get replacement parts from Roundhill. Their first reply was 10 days after I sent the request, indicating I needed to contact Amazon, not them. Amazon can't provide replacement parts. It's now been three weeks, I have sent four emails, and no reply. I've filed a complaint with the BBB. Roundhill absolutely knows the furniture they made was crap and they don't care a bit. I am so disappointed! A little over two years ago, I ordered 10 of these chairs (five sets of two), and because the legs have broken on two of them (should have been a sign) I needed to re-order. I ordered one additional set to replace the two that are broken, and while I ordered the exact same product, they are so different! The chair it self sits an inch and a half lower than the others, and the "leather" is different as well. The quality doesn't seem near as nice as the ones we had ordered previously. The velcro flap on the bottom doesn't match up so one of the flaps hangs oddly. One leg is too short for the others (on both chairs) so they rock. The leather isn't stretched correctly, so there are odd places where it doesn't come together smoothly. Next time a leg breaks, I will be going elsewhere!! ... show more

I bought 4 of these chairs to use for Christmas 2016 (purchased late November 2016). I liked the look and the red color was nice. However, one of the chairs just collapsed while I was sitting on it yesterday. Very disappointing! I am not an overweight person, but the wood just cracked and broke where it meets the front legs. I wasn't hurt but I would definitely not recommend these chairs. And now I only have 3 instead of 4 and they only sell them in pairs. Would like to get the broken one replaced if I could -- I think maybe just this particular chair was defectively made as the other 3 have had no problem. But i don't want to be forced into buying 2 more because of a defective chair. ... show more

I absolutely love these chairs. I bought 4 of them, casting aside the reviews where people have mentioned legs weren't aligned correctly and I'm glad I did. I can't account for the reason others have had issues, as all of the legs on my chairs are very stable. You have to be very careful which way you have them turned while you're putting them on. it's easy to have them facing backwards. They will wobble if that's done. Also, I see one other review stating to be careful about the bolt sticking out the back of the chair. I did not have this issue. Make sure you only screw the bolts in about 90% when you're first putting it together, set on it to straighten the alignment, and THEN tighten all bolts down to 100%. I did that as the paper states and they're great. I hope you guys give these a chance, they're comfy! Side note, weirdly enough they provide you an allen wrench with each chair. I'll not be running out of those anytime soon. Also, excuse the moving boxes in my photo. ... show more

We purchased 4 in July of 2016. One arrived defective from the start. Should have retirned them all then but the other 3 seemed ok and the reviews were decent enoigh to give them a chance. Well they barely made it six months. The backs loosen from the seats and there's no way to tighten them back up. Luckily they haven't completely shattered underneath us yet. We aren't big people and don't lean on the backs. They all have imprints of our backs and bottoms, and we are talking from 2 normal sized adults and 2 children under 3. Unfortunately these are the cheapest I've found for these chairs and it's for good reason. Spend the money on good chairs that last. We are going to have to get a new table set now cuz these won't make our move. ... show more

We love these chairs. I was afraid that they would not be stable enough to hold my 275-pound husband. But they are!! We use them in our motorhome at the dining table instead of the fabric chairs that came with the RV. The fabric chairs were very pretty but I had to keep them covered to protect them from getting soiled. So, no one ever saw them. I gave them to my daughter for her dining set and bought these red leather chairs. I do not know if they are really red or not but they look and feel like it. We have had the chair for over a month and they are awesome. They wipe down with a damp cloth or Windex and do not bleed. They assemble very easily and look really classy and upscale. Work great for decor. Be aware that the color is a darker red than that photograph shown. As you can see from my photo, the red is a couple shades darker than the product photo. I definitely would not use these chairs for a dining room table, they are more like accent chairs or chairs for young adults/children due to their size. I've had mine for a couple years now and they are holding up great! If they become loose or seem unstable-- just screw them up a bit tighter and you're good to go. I've had people of all shapes and sizes sit on them, the they are small but sturdy if you assemble them correctly! Love the dark wood legs. They work perfectly in my living room as a little seating nook. Super cute, great quality leather and padding. Very pleased with these chairs! ... show more

I've purchased these chairs in the past knowing full well what I was gtng myself into ths tm. They scratch easily, both the faux leather and wood. They're definitely NOT cat friendly, nor teenage boy friendly. Rivets on the back pockets of jeans scratch the faux leather. Once a scratch appears...it NEVER disappears. Under the seat there is a cover that is velcroed to hide craftsmanship. Which is great! except whn the velco attaches itself to YOU! It ruins leggings, skirts and takes socks hostage! SOLUTION: slipcovers. Yep. That what I did. I bought slipcovers...TWICE. These particular parsons chairs run on the slim side therefore adjustable slipcovers are a MUST. Velvet foot pads too, only if on hardwood or linoleum tho. Hard plastic footings are included. ... show more
