I absolutely love this comforter that is more like a blanket! It looks great and is super soft. I would have preferred a couple more inches on each side but my bed has wood rails and it covers each by an inch so it works. Update: Spring - I have now had this comforter for months and a few washes and dogs since and I STILL love this comforter! The “shag” still is beautiful and has held up like new! Washing it in machine doesn’t affect it at all! Such a great investment! Finally took it off my bed as our weather is pretty warm now and it’s a little too much for this menopausal woman in warm temps lol. But can’t wait to put it back on my bed later in the fall! I love this comforter! My dogs won’t get off bed either lol. I ordered a King for my queen size bed so it had extra. Glad I did. I haven’t had any issues with shedding and it’s soooo dang snuggly hard to get out of bed lol. Haven’t washed it yet so can’t review how it holds up but so far best purchase! Will probably order another in another color!! UPDATE! This held up ALL WINTER long and multiple washes! I had ordered the King size for my queen bed because typically queen/full size comforters are too small - but this King size is huge and it was a bit big and dragged on the floor. On another bed in our house with a taller mattress and a bed that sits higher off the floor it was perfect. This year I ordered another one, but this time a queen/full size for my bed since it sits lower to the ground and lower height mattress and it fits perfect with plenty of coverage! I love faux fur. My bed is queen, but my husband likes to curl in softness, so I had to reorder to get King size so I could have cover. Comforter is very shag, which I love, which creates a coolness when you throw your leg out to cool. When the King is worn out I definitely reorder.
