Works amazingly. Easy set up. Just have your Wi-Fi and passwords for your streaming platforms ready. Pretty lightweight, at least compared to the older TVs. Need Phillips screwdriver to connect the feet, unless you'll hang it.

Bought through Best Buy on Amazon. Would never buy a TV from any seller I didn’t know - otherwise you risk being a crybaby in the reviews because you got the shaft. No thanks. Got for $299 from Best Buy. Quality is so-so. You aren’t buying a $3000 TV here. So you won’t get movie theatre quality. Don’t whine about the quality on a cheap TV. The apps move quickly. The operating system is pretty good. Sound is about what your expect. If you want booming sound, get a sound bar or after market set up. But don’t expect to get a top of the line TV $300, then cry about it. You’re the problem there, not the TV. ... show more

Won't perform the upgrades. Gone through all the troubleshooting steps. Have factory reset it three times. Attempted to set up manually and through the app. I tried to even set it up on a different wifi and language. All a flop. Maybe I got a dud? Either way expensive dud now I'm out momentarily having to find a way to get it to UPS. Just not worth. ... show more
