  • Fits perfectly
Size: 40 Inch Style: TV Only
I love the picture. I love the color. I love the fit, but I don’t love that. It didn’t have the option for a middle post. It only had feet that were at the end of each side of the TV. So I had to buy the middle feet to fit on my table. The remote and the programming in the TV is quite a challenge to get used to. But all around I’m very pleased and I would recommend anyone that wants to get a very good TV for a very good price. ... show more

  • Nice TV
Size: 32 Inch (1080p) Style: TV Only
The worst parts were the instructions that didn't match this TV, but were general for the Samsung, so some assembly of the base was not clear. However, once mounted the picture is fantastic, clear and sharp! I love it and such a good price for this quality!

  • excellent basic TV
Size: 40 Inch Style: TV Only
It took a week during holiday rush, but the TV arrived safely and on the porch, delivered by a Prime van. All the parts were there undamaged in a strongly enforced box. The tv setup was weird. Long ago when I was young, you just plugged the tv in and watched whatever you could find. These days source content is a la carte and everyone has to have a shot at signing you up to something or other. But we managed to set it up fully with the apps we subscribe to. I'm pleased so far. P.S. Prime: please, take the ads off of your Prime video channel. It kills the vibe. ... show more

  • Made My Parents Happy
Size: 32 Inch (1080p) Style: TV Only
This little tv was purchased to give my parents an easier tv to operate and enjoy. Pairing it to cable was a little difficult but in a short amount of time we were up and running. Very good picture for a budget tv.

  • Grrrrrreat TV!!!!!!!!!!!!@
Size: 40 Inch Style: TV Only
The media could not be loaded. I had recently had to replace a TV that had issues. I've always been a fan of Samsung. I bought a 4K. Not this. I have to say, worst sound and experience. When I saw this one and read the reviews I immediately purchased and ditched the 4k. This TV is exactly what addicted me to Samsung. The picture, the sound PERFECT. I was quite surprised that newer and fancier is a disappointment and I pray Samsung continues in the future to produce this style. Totally user Fri where other took forever it seemed to set up. Highly recommend this TV. Perfect size in bedroom without eating up all kinds of space. Verrrrrrry happy. Don't hesitate. Really glad I didn't. ... show more

  • I thought my old tv was bad
Size: 40 Inch Style: TV Only
I like the quality of the tv. Customer service was fantastic. I have a couple of serious issues and a lot of ticky-tack fouls, but I have only had it working for three hours maybe something will change. If you hit a non-letter key while entering your username, you start over. The paper user guide that comes with it is worthless: there are no instructions on using the tv in it. I know it seems obvious, but the start-up manual does not tell you to plug the tv into power. The tv rejected my attempt to register it during set-up then refused to recognize my wireless internet. Customer service was fantastic, spent a hour helping me get through the mess. The menu is about 11 icons on the bottom of the screen. Most of them are subscriptions. Could not find a way to either delete them or to more the channels I want to the left so I don't have to click umpteen times to get past the ones I will never buy (Netflix, Disney, etc). When setting up, the skip button does not work; you have to click the next step number. Privacy Settings are ridiculously complicated; I gave up trying to figure out how to change them. Manual is useless in that regard (and just about every other regard as well). Adding a channel does not add it to the menu; you have to do that manually. Channels are considered apps; use the app button to add one. But after you add one, when you click the add button to add another, it takes you to the channel you just added, NOT to the add apps screen. Powering off and on worked sometimes to get back to the add apps screen but not often. Screens time out way too fast. Frequently the Home button doesn't, and you are left trying to figure out how to get out of a submenu on your own. With some items on the menu bar (like Disney), it is difficult to tell which icon is selected; you have to move the selection to figure it out. The on-screen keyboard is really screwy. Click a letter and a checkmark covers the letter to the left. If that is the letter that you want, you have to move left twice: once to the letter, which clears the check mark, and once to select the letter. Frequently the letter that is selected changes to a different letter when you move the selection, then changes back when you move the selection again. Frequently when you click the Setting button, the Settings screen does not open leaving you wondering what to do; actually the first couple times it happens, you don't know that anything is wrong, so the instructions, if you found any, appear to be wrong. I didn't find any info on the remote control, like what the PRE-CH and A, B, C, and D buttons do. That's enough; you get the idea. OK, I hate it so bad that I have to continue. The user interface is aweful. They are so busy trying to get you to watch the channels they want you to watch it becomes a chore trying to watch your channels. I have the Newsmax channel on in the background 4 to 6 hours a day. Every day I have to search for it. When I find it, they offer me Newsmax on Haystack. When I select Newsmax, one more time they offer Haystack. When you move the selection, I mentioned it above, it is hard to tell where you moved it to. While you are trying to find it, the thing times out, takes you somewhere you don't want to go, and you have to start all over. If I could afford it, I would toss the thing; I'm 74 years old and on a limited budge. I guess I'm stuck with this thing for the rest of my life. :( ... show more
