I love the picture. I love the color. I love the fit, but I don’t love that. It didn’t have the option for a middle post. It only had feet that were at the end of each side of the TV. So I had to buy the middle feet to fit on my table. The remote and the programming in the TV is quite a challenge to get used to. The media could not be loaded. I had recently had to replace a TV that had issues. I've always been a fan of Samsung. I bought a 4K. Not this. I have to say, worst sound and experience. When I saw this one and read the reviews I immediately purchased and ditched the 4k. This TV is exactly what addicted me to Samsung. The picture, the sound PERFECT. I was quite surprised that newer and fancier is a disappointment and I pray Samsung continues in the future to produce this style. Totally user Fri where other took forever it seemed to set up. This little tv was purchased to give my parents an easier tv to operate and enjoy. Pairing it to cable was a little difficult but in a short amount of time we were up and running. Very good picture for a budget tv.

It is four stars only because you need an additional gadget to set up bluetooth. The rest is top-notch. I have this TV for couple weeks and love the picture quality, the size of TV, and the price. Being Samsung TV, it has tons of Samsung TV channels, plus I use smart TV apps, and a few local TV channels I receive with a small indoors antenna (I have no cable TV subscription). It took to time to set it up, Wi-Fi connection did not work and I use ethernet, but I guess it is caused by the router being in another room. I am close to illiterate in tech gadgets and I am not paid to promote other Amazon products. I like to use headphones, but this TV has no bluetooth in it. If you go to TV settings - sound, it says something like HDMI-ARC. After googling all these mysterious words and reading answers about this TV, I bought "HDMI ARC Adapter Audio Converter" https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0791CFGY1/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I already had (also bought on Amazon) bluetooth transmitter receiver, and bluetooth headphones. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09DD33SDD/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09JGF23V3/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I paired these headphones with bluetooth a few days ago (they said "paired" but had no sound). I connected the converter to the HDMI ARC in TV via HDMI cable, and also to USB in the TV as power supply. Then I connected the converter to the bluetooth transmitter via audio cable (red and white cables), and got a great sound in my headphones. I had the TV connected to a soundbar via optical cable. Now I can use only soundbar (ot TV speakers without the soundbar), only bluetooth headphones, or both at the same time. The sound quality is very good. If you are looking for the best listening experience (bass, various music etc.), I can't answer because I was looking for a good quality sound via headphones and I got it. It's a good tv but with one flaw. The optical sound volume control does not work. I ordered a sound bar for Amazon for this tv. The sound bar is only connective via optical. I wired it up and powered it up. But the tv would not allow me to change the volume level up or down. I then spent an hour on the phone with samsung support about my tv not being able to respond. After that he indicated that I had a broken tv. I just bought this tv a week ago. I am very disappointed. It's going to cost me $20 for a tv shipping box to get it back to Amazon and it's not my fault. ... show more

It took a week during holiday rush, but the TV arrived safely and on the porch, delivered by a Prime van. All the parts were there undamaged in a strongly enforced box. The tv setup was weird. Long ago when I was young, you just plugged the tv in and watched whatever you could find. These days source content is a la carte and everyone has to have a shot at signing you up to something or other. But we managed to set it up fully with the apps we subscribe to. I'm pleased so far. P.S. Prime: please, take the ads off of your Prime video channel. It kills the vibe. ... show more
