I had one of these before that cured my sciatica when Dr's could not. But loaned it to a family member and never got it back. So I bought this one and I actually like it much better. You can reverse the ankle braces on this one which was a big bonus for me as I have really bad ankles from years of sports injuries. The old one actually hurt my foot that I broke years ago but this one does not. You haven't lived if you've never suffered severe back pain. It is not a joke. You have to be careful and go slow using these but it's as smooth as butter raising up and down. And the relief of hanging upside down is immediate. I can only compare it to the other one I had. But this one just has more cushion. Feels like a must better quality and why at the time I bought it was ranked as number one. I have been recommending this to people I know who are having back issues. A few have gotten one themselves and have thanked me for it. I've even offered to let someone come try mine. I just won't be loaning it again. Lol But yes, if you're having back pain and especially sciatica. Don't be afraid to at least try this. The price was very competitive and it works great. It wasn't that difficult putting it together either. I might have had a tug of war once or twice but overall it didn't take very long. Maybe 30 minutes or so. Instructions were very easy to follow, again just take your time because it has to be just right. But very easy to use, very comfortable just lying on it.     • There's more than just the Inversion Table

The table is BETTER than just good; but the 5th star is earned for customer support which is superlative. Before I made the purchase several questions were answered within 24 hours. After assembly of the unit the massage pillow worked, but seemed to be turning itself off after about 8 minutes. A replacement was delivered within a week of the time that I enquired as to whether this is considered normal. Some brief background: I am 78 years old, have suffered from chronic back pain for over 20 years, have undergone physical therapy along with a Yoga like daily exercise routine, and most recently had an MRI that revealed age related spinal degeneration affecting my lower back and neck regions. My physician had little to offer. There were days where the pain radiated throughout my back and partially into my left leg. It often restricted in my ability to walk my dogs. Even sitting could be uncomfortable. After considerable research, and despite no conclusive agreement that an Inversion Table is much more than a placebo I decided to try one - - - and to save a few bucks if it turned out worthless I went to the highly rated but less expensive Innova product. Positives: 1.The Innova Table is easy to assemble with excellent instructions and videos available; but it does take some time and patience. 2. I adapted, quickly and easily to Inversion but I strongly recommend gradual increases in time and incline. 3. Balancing on the table is actually fun. 4. There has been a very definite improvement in my back pain. I assume it will never totally disappear, but is now reduced to a sort of very tolerable soreness...and I have only been at this for 7 weeks. 5. The table fits comfortably under an 8 foot ceiling and take up an acceptable amount of space. The Negatives: (every product has some, and they are minor with this table) 1. As noted by others, the "massage" pad is actually a " heated vibration" pad. I like it, but do not expect it to do everything. 2. The table is stable but could be more sturdy. I am certain I will get my money's worth, but we will have to see how it holds up over the long run. 3. I currently use the 30 degree incline, which is what the literature recommends as best for my age group. It works. Some products allow infinite adjustment of the angle. On the Innova I will have to go up to 45 degrees next. It might be advantageous if the design allowed more gradual increases. 4. I am on the table 3 times a day, My routine is 2 minutes incline, 2 minutes in a neutral position, 5 repeats. For many people this may take up too much of their day; but it's been working for me and enforces the reported advice that frequency of incline is more important than duration. Please consider that like most of what else is posted about Inversion Therapy; my advice is purely anecdotal. I truly like the product, love Innova, and can whole heartedly give this endorsement. ... show more

When you hear those dreaded three words,”some assembly required”, you need not fear. The instructions are spot on! Many easy to follow instructions and diagrams. You can even scan the code and see an assembly video. While It is not the easiest to assemble, it can be done with two people. Most steps only require a single person but adding the seat to the frame will require two people. When I got to that part, I flipped the frame upside down. I didn’t have to fight gravity to then fasten the 4 bolts to hold the seat. The apparatus is very well made, sturdy construction. The included tools were all that I needed. The process took about 3 hours to complete. The heat and massage work extremely well. This inversion table does the job to relieve pain in the entire back! Not just lower back, but even as high as the shoulders. I would give it 5 stars if the assembly would have gone better. Still, you don’t have to let that stop you from getting this apparatus. It works extremely well. You can even spend a little more money and have it delivered to the room you want and have it assembled. For the money, this is first rate! I’m completely satisfied with this inversion table. I recommend it. One last mention, it is rated for 300 pounds. ... show more

Really impressed with the strength of the steel frame/base as well as all parts. Fairly easy to assemble and did it solo but one or two steps might be slightly easier with an extra set of hands but not impossible. All hardware and instructions were clearly labeled and easy to use. Has been a game changer for back rehabilitation for a compressed disk along with chiropractic care and strength training. So easy to change height and tilt settings my two teenagers use it from time to time. Doesn't take up to much space and useable in even our low-ceiling basement. Why did I wait so long before getting an inversion table!?! This will last many years, super solid. ... show more

Beautiful, I am so lucky my son came and set it up. About two hours I’ve used it twice today. It’s wonderful. My sciatica and lower back pain are gone it’s amazing . Helps de compress my ankles and my back my shoulder feels great. I’m on my feet sometimes for twelve hours and this is amazing. It’s made well comes with a pad that you can remove for heat and massage. Will update soon . It’s reasonable for what you get. ... show more
