I recently tried Night Shred, a nighttime burner and sleep aid supplement. It's an interesting product with ingredients like Ashwagandha, 5-HTP, CLA, and Melatonin. These components are aimed at supporting weight loss and improving sleep quality. I appreciated the focus on natural ingredients and vegetarian capsules, making it a health-conscious choice. However, after using it for a while, I found that I still prefer Alpha Grind PM. While Night Shred focuses more on the fat-burning aspect during sleep, Alpha Grind PM aligns more closely with my overall health goals, including male performance support, muscle recovery, and sleep improvement without using melatonin. It's about finding what works best for your individual needs, and for me, that's Alpha Grind PM.     • I love 5 lbs in 30 days
I wanted to wait for the full 30 days to give my review. First, I’m a 37 year old female, 5ft and started this 30 days at 131lbs. I have the body type of “she definitely works out but isn’t one to turn down a cookie/taco” or whatever meme you want to reference. I workout 4 days a week by running 5 miles and then doing a 30-45 min Sydney Cummings- houdyshell workout video. The other 3 days I work long shifts in healthcare so my rest is more important to me. I only bought the innoshred and the night shred. I did not buy the cleanse bc I read multiple reviews that you still go to the bathroom plenty and I go daily as I am regular. Bc of the shred I am going up to 5x a day and all before noon. I also get these long winded farts in the mid afternoon but it’s probably I have nothing left in my bowels. I do like that I’m not jittery and it does suppress your appetite. I’m eating 2 small meals and virtually no in between snacking. Also not craving any sweets I really wanted to love the night shred bc there was so many positive reviews. It normally takes me 1-2 hours to fall asleep so I am falling asleep within the hour. I do get about 4 hours of deep deep sleep but from 2a-4a I’m tossing and turning and after 4 I’m Back into the deep sleep and then my alarm goes off. I’m way more groggy and takes me longer to wake up bc of the night shred. It also makes me sleep hotter than I already do. My husband says he can feel my body heat radiating to his side of the bed and we’re turning the AC cooler to compensate for it. I did lose 5lbs so I’m now 126 but for the excessive pooping, and groggy, hot sleep, I don’t feel like these are for me. I have already ordered something else to try ... show more
