I bought these bands in January 2022, they have been great. Whether you're looking to tone up, bulk up or both these bands will do that. It just depends on how much weight and reps you decide to workout with. While working out on Monday night doing squats, my 60lb band snapped. Honestly, I didn't know if I'd be able to get a replacement band. I reached out to the seller and they got back to me within 24 hrs. They let me know that they didn't just have a single 60lb band to replace, but instead they are sending me a brand new set. They were courteous, reliable, and professional.     • Strong and well made
There are a lot of these bands for sale our there for sale. I searched to find ones that are reportedly durable and easy to use...these are. There is a good variety of strengths. They are made to wrap around a wall hook but I dont like the decreased flexibility when used that way. I ensured that they were well made and then bought a second set so I can use them full length...which is MUCH more similar to a pulley or resistance machine that I used for 50 years. I lost my love of gym people and the dynamics after the COVID lapse. Honestly I get a GREAT workout with much less soreness with these. I have multiple wall and door hooks for attachment....these work well. Cardio is done elsewhere...home treadmill, recumbent Lifecycle, etc. Dont quit the gym and stop doing this pliometric style strength training...do it at home. 30 mins/day is VERY noticeable. ... show more

    • NOT Pro Quality Workout Bands But Decent

A little about me just to put things in perspective. I'm not the biggest or strongest, but I'm fairly stout. When doing bicep curls, I typically to 8 to 12 reps with 45 lb dumbbells for my max. For triceps I usually workout with 30 lbs DB and do 24 reps. I also own some pro quality resistance bands, that are very durable and have great resistance. We're here to discuss these. I bought these to have a set for travel and for my soon to be indoor winter workouts. I've got about 6 more weeks, before I'm done in the garage until next spring. These bands are decent quality, and have good resistance. They are not on the level of the other bands I have. However, I wasn't expecting the world for thirty eight bucks. The 90lb band is the heaviest, and while its good I find the resistance a little lacking. However, if i use one of the smaller bands with it like the 10 or 20, the resistance is significantly higher. I'm actually impressed with the pump from it. I do like the door jam attachment, and I never worry about it slipping like others I've tried. I think these bands are good for beginners and intermediate workout enthusiast. You can get a good pump from them, but they are not at the level I desire. As far as durability goes; I've only had them a week, so time will tell. I'm going to keep them to have a good travel set, but I can't recommend them for strength training fanatics. Finally, my review score; they don't quite merit a 4 star or a 3 star. I give it a push and rate it a 3.5. I will use them as part of my indoor winter workouts, but they are not a great resistance band. For moderate usage and toning, they should be sufficient. ... show more

Since the pandemic has started, my partner has been freaked out. I used to go to LA Fitness, but the trade-off has been working out at my local park. (happy wife, happy life, right?). I live in Atlanta, GA, besides the rain and the extreme heat of the summer months. I can get outside most of the year. These resistance bands have been great so far and offer me the ability to do many workouts I did at my local LA Fitness for years. Its works better than the first band I brought, which wasn't as flexible as this set. Different pounds of resistance you can add or subtract too. And an ankle wraparound to do dread leg days. They fit in my gym bag and store easily. Even if I have to start traveling for work once again if this damn pandemic ever ends. I'll be bringing these bad boys with me to get in a quick hotel room or Air BnB workout. It's only been a few weeks but for the price, it's well worth my hard-earned cash. ... show more

Well, I liked the first set of innelo resistance bands so much, that I bought the higher weight set! So yeah, unlike these bands. They’re good quality and are an easy to whip out at anytime in get a quick workout in! It is curious that the 89 lb band is missing, I mean…why?? I also wish they made a 5 lb band for finer adjustments, but that’s ok, I’ll just have to fontina another brand for those two weights (and maybe the 100 lb band). Al in all however, I am happy with these bands, the test will be to see how long they last! ... show more

I was using the 70 pound and split and tore and sprung back at me luckily I was not hurt I tried to call the company or email I went to the website button for the email address I went all over the web trying to find there information couldn’t find them at all finally I spoke to Amazon and I told my story and they told me that they would give me a credit for my whole order which was very nice of Amazon I wish they would put a website where I can communicate with the manufacturer to tell him that the band is really no good ... show more
