  • Powerful and dangerous
The media could not be loaded. I started riding it right after it came in straight out the box. I was so excited I just wanted to ride it and became disappointed. It was really slow and sluggish for some reason. Also I didn't bother to put the pads on or put air into the suspensions (bad idea). After I came back from my first test ride I read the manual and put air into the suspensions and changed the pedal sensitivity settings and power assist to 100% and it's definitely more powerful than my V11. What's even crazier is I haven't even hit full speed yet. The full speed is locked until 30km is reached for safety. So far my max speed hit about 40mph and it was incredibly smooth and stable. Once I ride enough miles and hit the top speed it's gonna be incredible. I already know it. The build quality is amazing and it's definitely got enough power to go up steep hills no problem. With the V11 I constantly maxed the power and it would beep and tilt back. I can't wait until I get used to this EUC. The first rides my feet became really sore almost like I began riding an EUC for the first time again. It might take some time getting used to this one after upgrading from the V11. This V13 is heavy. Cornering takes some effort but I will soon master this EUC because I'll be riding it every day until I'm a pro. This thing feels even more durable than the V11. I crashed my V11 many times and it rides like it's brand new. Inmotion EUCs are basically indestructible. As someone who just started riding the V13 I feel like it's only a matter of time until I push this EUC to it's limits. At that point I will be going so fast it would be like entering warp drive. Also I wouldn't recommend this to beginners. This ride is for experienced riders. Even after hitting over 1000 miles on my V11 I still feel like I haven't truly mastered it yet. When I first rode this V13 I thought it would be similar to my V11. Its completely different but I'm definitely liking the power it has. These rides take a lot of riding to getting used to. But once you push the ride to it's limits given it has a good amount of power it's like you can ride through anything and you're unstoppable. And most important it's not just the ride that matters. It's the safety gear. I used to be foolish and rode with no safety and had a wobble crash. Ever since that I decided to fully gear up because if I crashed I'll probably be stuck at home or the hospital recovering and missing out on riding the V13. This is just my review after initially riding for the first time. I will soon come back with updates as I progress with riding the V13. I know it's gonna be fun. I remember when I first rode the V11. It was more frustrating and difficult than fun. Only after I began to learn how to become one with the wheel was when it started becoming fun. I'm ready for anything and will do whatever it takes to master this V13 and unlock the true fun. What I'm wondering now is where this technology came from. It's like some alien technology 👽 Update: I reached the required distance to unlock the full speed. Upon unlocking it gives a failed error message and will not unlock for some reason. I'm not sure why it won't unlock the full speed so I'm stuck at the limited 40mph until I figure out why it won't unlock. Update: I unlocked the full potential and hit over 10000 WATTS and reached 52.5MPH. I felt like I was flying through the air. That speed was incredible unlike anything I ever experienced. It's hard to control ar that speeds and will definitely take some skills to be safe. I've only rode it for 2 days and I can't stop riding it. It's too fun and feels like I can keep up with the cars now without worrying about slowing down traffic. This thing feels so stable at high speeds but will need good toad conditions. I was gojng fast while the rode was crooked and kept feeling my EUC drift off course. I had to use a lot of force to pull it back or else it would have ran into the curb. Also one thing is that the trolley handle should have some warning to not use to lift. My dad pulled it to lift to see how heavy it is now it got bent and isn't sturdy anymore. Update: I had a crash from cut off. I was going around 50mph up a hill when it suddenly lost power and I fell forward and slid on the road for 100-150 feet. I am still recovering. This never happened to me before. I trusted the safety because the tilt back warns to prevent a cut off. This time there was no warning. It suddenly lost power and I crashed. It's been a week since the crash and I'm mostly recovered but not fully. The EUC was scratched but rides the same. I still don't know why it lost power at that time when it didn't feel like I was really pushing it. It might be because it's so stable at high speeds it feels natural going fast so I probably didn't realize how fast I was going until I crashed and slid for 150 feet. I nearly recovered and ready to ride again hoping it doesn't cut off again. It literally all the sudden lost power with no warning like it was hit with an EMP going up a hill. After the crash it's still rides like it's new. It's a little scratch up and I got some scars on me. I will do my best to learn how to prevent this cut off in the future. I relied on the tilt back safety far too much. It works like 99.9%. And the 0.01% apparently happened to me last week when it cut out power and lost balance and I was flying on the road. My safety worked for the most part except my wrists and entire right leg was messed up. Seems like I'll make a full recovery. Nothing too serious but it was definitely the most pain I can remember. I want to know why it cut out. I don't remember pushing it so hard. The times I pushed it hard the tilt back activated but this time it didn't and lost balance and crashed. It may been I been riding it more rough and put strain on the battery. I was having too much fun going fast and braking hard. These rides are dangerous so you must be very careful nothing goes wrong or else your life is at risk ... show more

  • Best idea that will probably be the death of me!
Easy to learn. It just takes practice. Wrist, elbow, and knee padsare a must. I recommend getting motorcycle gear even though it's costly. Also stock power pads aren't very good. Make sure you do research on power pads and find something that fits your style. Make sure you know what you are buying, as you can see I ordered ones that were 3d printed on accident. ... show more

  • A beast
Love this EUC. It just feels so planted, like a freight train. A great cruiser wheel.
