I have 4 kids and this was the worst swing I've ever had... You have to manually push it to start it and over time it slows to a halt by itself. It's a USB-to-USB plug that DOESNT COME WITH THE USB WALL ADAPTER, so you get to just use whatever you have lying around and hope it'll give enough juice to the swing to keep it going. The C battery is too small, most chairs use D batteries since they last so much longer. You can hear it dying. I've never had the swings that use the D batteries give me anxiety. Hell, I've never had a baby swing give me anxiety. This one did. It also only has 1 vibration mode, which isn't very strong; Graco's has 2 settings, is plenty strong, and doesn't feel like it's constantly on the verge of death. You also don't need to go searching for a required, yet not included wall outlet with Graco. It's like this company wanted to cut as many corners as possible while making it still technically a baby swing. DO. NOT. BUY. ... show more

This is the perfect swing for us. Small. Doesn’t take up a huge area in your living room. Folds up when not in use. Vibrates. I love that I can easily move it room to room if I need to. Not only is it sturdy enough for my baby, but the 2yo climbs all over it too and it has no problem holding him! Super easy to fold up and pack away, and batteries last super long! My only issue was readjusting the straps, super troublesome.. other than that it's wonderful!

Our infant has really bad gas and he prefers to sit up, versus lay on his back. But we were exhausted from constantly holding him at an incline, even though it stopped his crying. Enter this chair. We got it for it's collapsibility and it fits very easily in our city apartment. Our guy will just chill in this chair for 30+ minutes after his bottle and just look out the window at the trees, happy as a clam. The music has multiple volumes and isn't annoying (we find ourselves humming along lol), and the multiple speed settings are sufficient. I do wish it wasn't battery operated for the financial and environmental impact, but needing to plug it in would really limit it's utility. When our son started daycare we saw they had this chair in his room too--it really is an MVP of our baby's first few months, alongside his car seat, stroller, and bassinet. Update: Amazon sent me a replacement which made clear the issue is likely on their end and not the manufacturer. In the second box, the parts were in a bag and zip tied closed. There was also a head pillow that was not in the first box. Essentially, I think Amazon sold me a returned order that did not have all its parts. The swing seems fine--- if you can and it's going to be your main swing, I'd spring for a bigger one (I LOVE my Graco glider) but if you have space/travel/financial concerns this will keep your baby swinging along. I'm just frustrated that it took two packages for me (and apparently many others) to get a functional product. Original review: I bought this swing (sold by/ships by Amazon) and immediately ran into two issues. First, while the product image and description very clearly stated the swing runs on 4 batteries, there is no battery compartment and the swing is apparently powered by USB. Great, but now I have batteries I don't need. Far more concerning is that the item did not come with either the two screws or the USB cable it states should be in the box. I looked everywhere and they aren't there. So now I have to fight customer service and wait who even knows how long for my son to have a swing. I'm sure this swing is great. It got good reviews. But given the amount of other reviews mentioning issues with the screws, it's clear you can't rely on everything you need actually being in the package. ... show more
