    • Great choice for backyard tanning and relaxing
Overall the inflatable tanning pool is a great choice if you are looking for a comfortable way to tan in your backyard. My daughter and I have used it for a few days. This is what we love about it: it is incredibly comfortable and the separate pillow that comes with it is very useful and increases the overall comfort. You can add a good amount of water to keep you cool while you are tanning without feeling wasteful at the end of the day when you dump it (we use the float on our grass and then damp the water on it - so convenient!). It is allows to be comfortable both when laying on your back and on your tummy... and this is a great plus for us! The material is very sturdy and we love the colors that we have chosen. Very summery and make you feel happy. The inflating took some time since there are two separate chambers to inflate. What worked for us was a small manual pump for pool toys that had the right attachment. I tried with a bicycle pump and the spout did not work. Because of the time it took to inflate (probably about 10 minutes with a manual pump), we decided to keep it inflated. It has been about a week, we leave it out to dry and we haven't had to add air to it, so it holds very well. The down side of keeping it inflated is storage. We do not want to leave it sitting on the grass for fear that it will damage the grass, so we pick it up and lean it against a wall. It is large, so it will take up space, when inflated. Next will be using it to actually float on the lake. Looking forward to it! I now love reading outside in this little gem of a pool. My book doesn't get went, and I do not overheat while tanning! We bought this pool for my special needs daughter to cool off and still be in the water, which she loves. My grandsons ended up using it as a mini slip & slide too. Very durable, just the right amount of water to cool off & have fun. Perfect size for 2 people of all ages.

This is very high quality and a perfect size for a bigger woman such as myself. Very durable and easy to inflate and use. Definitely worth buying again when in the market for it. Very comfy too.

When inflated, this thing is big (which is nice), but it's all cheap rubber plastic, which gets hot in the sun. That would be ok in a pool if it allowed some water to get in the mat area (so it stays cool), but this thing is pretty much a kiddie pool design, so it floats but since water can't get in will get hot and burn you when you go on it. Great idea, bad design. A few small holes in the mat area which can allow water to get in (and drain) in the bed area would fix this. ... show more

Don’t have a pool, don’t have a beach body? You don’t need either! Buy this, fill with water, close your eyes and you’ll think you’re at your own pool. Super easy to blow up (I used a balloon pump) and very comfy! Best $40 I have spent in a LONG time. Easy clean up too!
