How to wear? 1.Loosen the straps to make them bigger; 2.Put your head through the hole and the crotch strap falls behind you; 3.Find the waist strap and bring it around you, secure the male buckle to the corresponding female buckle, do the same as the crotch strap; 4.Adjust the straps length to your most comfort; 5.Press down the air valve to inflate or deflate the air and when loosening your fingers, the valve will automatically lock the air in. They were easy to blow up and release and the straps were big enough for us (xl people). Although we didnt need to use them, our 4yr old nephew did.He didnt have a life pres. Not a super strong swimmer and I purchased this for snorkeling, it was great for traveling as it can be folded and takes up very little space but I had difficulty getting it to strap on well and when I got in the water it just floated up to my neck and made it more dangerous for me to try to swim. It is comfortable enough even though not having to wear anything would be ideal. I wear it uninflated. I can inflate it with a few breaths.
