Description

The Industrial Air 30-Gallon compressor features a cast iron, v-twin cylinder, oil lube pump with a one piece cast iron crankcase, thermally stable cast iron cylinder body, aluminum head and machined cast iron valve plate, automotive style ball bearings, durable stainless steel reed valves, oil level sight glass, easily accessible oil fill, and a 10-Inch cast iron balanced flywheel. Max PSI is 155 with a 6. 2 CFM at 40 PSI and a 5. 3 CFM at 90 PSI. Running HP is 1. 6. Voltage is 120/240. Unit is both UL and CSA certified.

    • I would give a review of the product if I'd been able to use it.
I don't have any issues with the company itself...this is more so frustration in the fact that I bought my unit in February. It's under the assumption that it was damaged in shipping because when I got it, as soon as I turned it on the fly wheel shattered. The damage to my unit was significant enough the shop I took it to for warranty repair had a replacement shipped to them. So, they tested out the replacement and everything was fine. It's the middle of April...I tested the machine when I first got it home from the shop and it was great. Went to use it a few days later and it the motor won't kick on. I just have a big paper weight at this point. I wish I had more experience with it to say if it was a good machine or not. ... show more

I'm changing my review from 1 star to 3. I was able to contact Amazon and they have started the return processes with the vender. To summarize I should have refused delivery due to shipping damage as there was an airleak that prevented the motor from ever reaching the cutoff preasure and a rattling after running for a few minutes. If it helps my db meter showed levels of 85-90db from 2 ft away which was also louder than I was expecting. Very pleased a return is possible for an item this size, as it wil not fit in my car to take anywhere. ... show more
