My first time using a home security camera. The main purpose of the purchase was for monitor the new born baby. Ordered these little camera in the morning as they have the functions we need: two-way audio, almost 360 degree of camera lateral pan, night vision, and GREAT PRICE ($20 a pop!). The packag
e arrived in the afternoon of the same day. And the setup took me 5 minutes! it was that simple! so my wife and me were able to view from the perspective of these cameras on our phones on the same day! These camera functions perfectly, and I simply have no complaints, none. the mounting kits were included as well, but we don't use them, maybe one day we will mount them to the ceiling. $20 per camera that was full-featured and has no flaws, I don't' know how these can be improved. I heard stories about home security cameras can be hacked to see your privacy. But this issue also apply to cameras that is 20x more expensive, if a hacker really targets you, you will have to no way to defend, luckily we are not rich, just normal folks who don't attract bad guys (touch the wood). What we do to prevent privacy breach is that we simply unplug the USB-c cable in the back of the cameras when we are home. All in all, we are extremely satisfied with these home security cameras!

After initial problem, now very happy with the cameras.

Update: After having problems communicating with the company due to inability to validate my account - they responded to my email and resolved the problem. Installation was ease and sharing with family members worked well - including verification. One hint - if you change internet connection, you hav
e to reset and reinstall each camera. ================================================= The cameras arrived as expected and look really nice. I followed instructions and downloaded the required app to my iPhone and created an account. However, I did not receive the required verification email after many attempts and various emails (checked junk mail and still nothing). I then tried their alternate method by using my phone number - same problem, never received the required text with verification code after several attempts and several phone numbers. I then sent an email to the address listed on their app and it was immediately returned as undeliverable. By now, I'm thinking that the company is out of business and I should return the cameras. I finally went to their website and found an alternate email address for USA and re-sent the email plus sent another email to let them know that the email in the app was not correct. Now, it's the next day and no response to either email. While the cameras may be great - the app and customer service are not working out, I will be returning the cameras if I don't hear back from the company by tomorrow.

Great quality for the price

After using the SimpliSafe monitoring system in my home for years, I decided to take a chance on Amazon-purchased cameras for the first time. I was mainly in the market for a couple of cameras to be able to "keep an eye" on an elderly person. When I started my search on Amazon, these cameras were amo
ng the first to populate. After reading a few positive and negative reviews, I decided to pull the trigger and purchase them. They have turned out to be a great investment so far. Here are some of the pros and cons I noticed so far. Packaging and Installation: The box they came in is sturdy and neatly organized. The cameras are straightforward to install, and the instructions are simple. It is unlikely to have any issues assembling these, even if you have little to no experience setting up cameras or with technology in general. Functionality and Performance: The cameras work splendidly when there is plenty of day or artificial light. The view is, for the most part, crisp and well-defined. Likewise, the picture quality with the night vision is decent. However, if the cameras are too close to a light source when the room is dark, they will likely reflect the circuit board where the lens is mounted. This isn't a huge deal as you can still see clearly most things around it. However, it is somewhat annoying. Although, now and then, it takes a while for it to respond, I like the feature that allows you to rotate the position of the lens 360 degrees right from your phone. This feature mimics that of a joystick in a video game controller. It is possible that the lag is due to issues with the internet connection. The devices also allow you to take stills and videos, which are saved directly to your phone. It is worth noting that the company also offers a cloud storage service for an additional fee. They also come with a microphone to communicate through the camera. I love this feature as it allows me to control Alexa remotely to turn on TVs, shut off lights, play music, turn on the news, etc. It would be ideal if the company would develop a way to access these devices through your computer in addition to your phone. But all in all, these cameras are an excellent choice if you are not looking to spend much money on complicated monitoring systems. I recommend it.

Great PTZ cameras extremely easy setup

These cameras are extremely easy to set up they are Plug and Play it takes about 2 to 3 minutes to configure them to the network for 1 minute to mount them and then I would say another few minutes to configure your specific settings it allows you to have certain zones so the camera can automatically
point in specified directions that you already programmed in or you can use the control stick to move the camera in whichever direction you want the viewing angle is absolutely amazing the video quality is up to par for a wireless camera indoor use seems to be great I would like to try one of their outdoor cameras to see the quality and maybe even replace my entire outdoor camera system with these products along with the app being very easy to use the only problem is you need two accounts so me and my wife just created two accounts instead of sharing one no biggie

These cameras are great. They can show more than one room in my open concept living area. The picture is clear, they have controls to let you move the camera to see other areas. I love these cameras. I got them because I will be watching my nephew after school and I have a 1 yr old that I still rock
to sleep. I wanted peace of mind to check in on my nephew to make sure he was safe and not trying to get out my front door and that my dog and him were ok by themselves for about a half hour. These cameras definitely give me that peace of mind.

Impressive cameras for low price

I bought these cameras to keep an eye on the dogs when I'm not home. I had read reviews on multiple cameras and decided on these because the price was low at ~$20 per camera and had good reviews. I am pretty impressed with the cameras - I love the ability to move the camera lens from the app to scan
the room and also the ability to zoom with the video. There is a quick view where you can see what's happening on all the cameras so I look there first to see where the dogs are, then go back and pull up the camera in the room that they are in. I also really like the clarity of the picture. One of my cameras faces an area that get direct sunlight in the late morning and loses picture clarity in that area for awhile, but I don't consider that a problem since it doesn't happen often during the day. Overall, I am impressed with the features that are included given the relatively low price of the camera. The other thing that I liked about the cameras is that when there was a power outage at my house and the cameras went offline, when the power came back up the cameras came back as well without any intervention from me. I haven't subscribed to the online service so I can't speak to that. I'm not sure if I will subscribe to it as the cameras are working for me as I'd like them to without it. I was happily surprised with this purchase. This is a great product - quality cameras with zoom, scanning, and higher end functions without the high price.

Alexa compatible is misleading

I like these cameras they're very easy to mount and set up to the Internet! Finding out how to flip the camera when mounted on the ceiling was a little tricky but I found it in advanced settings. They have a clear image and the audio is good too, but I do have two issues with it. Number 1 it says Ale
xa compatible and while you are able to connect it to Alexa, you can't view the camera through Alexa, so that kinda seems pointless.. and Number 2 you can only connect one phone to the cameras app, which makes sense for security reasons but is kinda frustrating because if my husband signs in it automatically signs me out. But other then those two things these cameras are great especially for the price.

These cameras are good! We used them to watch our cats when we weren't home. The clarity of the video is good, though not perfect. The only issue we struggled with was the motion sensor. We had to manually move the cameras and we were unable to get notifications from the app so in order to know what
was happening, we needed to keep the app on all day. The appearance is good as well. It blended in nicely with our home decor.

Great value, very few complaints

Bought this pair of cameras to watch our pets while we're on vacation. Figure we'd just go with something cheap since we wouldn't be using them for more than the occasional check-in, and I already have a full video security system outside. I have bought cheap before and had very low expectations. How
ever, this set of cameras really impressed me. When they arrived, set up was super easy and solid. Documentation was clear, and cameras became immediately available in the app with no issues. The interface was intuitive and responsive...definitely not what I've experienced in the past - even from expensive cameras. Had my wife create an account, and was able to immediately share the cameras with her to view on her phone as well. No more "only one person can look at the cams at a time" issues! I have done a number of security cam installs, so I decided to put this product through its paces to really see what it could do: Noticed ONVIF configuration was available in the app, so I set this up through my home Security DVR system and was able to access the RTSM feeds for local recording. Success! I am now able to capture and store recordings from these cameras locally with my home system now as well. So far the only complaints are from the IR capabilities and the IP config shortcomings (which are the only reasons for the lowered rating): First, the IR lights inside the dome reflect back at the circuit board the lens is mounted to when active in the dark, so you see this reflected image of a circuit board on the inside of the dome through the camera when IR is engaged. Not a deal breaker, as you can still make out items in the distance...but they are not as crisp because of these reflected artifacts. Also, when trying to set a manual IP address it fails to remember the settings. After updating the settings, hitting 'save', and performing a reboot, the address defaults back to whatever it was given via DHCP. Again, not a deal breaker unless you need these at a specific address or are trying to set up a separate NetMask for security reasons, but something to be aware of if you are an advanced user. Both are definitely design flaws that are hopefully addressed in future versions. Overall, I am amazed that these little PTZ cams have all of this functionality, and I think I will pick up another set just because they are so easy to use. If you are on the fence I would definitely recommend picking these up and trying them for yourself!

I got this all set up.. I love the camera. It works with Alexa you can see what your pets get up to during the day. I have used it a lot since I got it. I have an echo show and when you use it to check on your pets it stops playing music and if I forget they have to go without entertainment all day..
so this keeps that playing and I can still see my doggos.. worth the money for sure!
