Sure, a bit inconvenient to open the door- press two button and swing the bottom arm down- but thats the point isn't it. The adhesive has it stuck to the door very, very firmly. The media could not be loaded. I have 2 autistic toddlers, so I needed security in my house. This product is very good so that small children do not get out. Just make sure they don't see you closing or opening, so they don't learn how to do it. I've had them for months and they still haven't come off, the glue is very good. Place as far off the edge of the handle if you want easier access for yourself. I learned the hard way. Gets a little annoying having to use two hands to move the lever. Otherwise it works good.
