Excellent tubing bender, plenty of leverage for bending 3/8 stainless tubing. Only issue is that the bending radius is too large for some applications, trying to bend fuel lines to work with a Holley Carburetor and Fuel Pressure Regulator is more difficult due to the larger bending radius. Not a fault of the tool, just something for a potential buyer to be aware of. If the bending radius had been 15/16" for 3/8" tubing, the job would have been much easier. Very smooth bends, no kinking, used on 0.028" wall and 0.035" wall stainless tubing. ... show more

This is a super nice bender, you can get some that are a little bit more compact, but this can do pretty much any size you would want to do for most things all in one unit and it’s really easy to use. I haven’t found anything this doesn’t really do well it’s very durable and the price was very reasonable. Wish I would have bought nthis before I damaged my original 1/2 inch mini split line. Ended buying this and another line. I already kicked myself, save yourself some money and get this before you install the mini split. Easy to use, take a piece of scrap pipe and practice, only takes one time.

For any electrician out there, this should be on your truck. I have been using this for years now and have had nothing break or even start to ware down on the bender. Even the grip is good a bit dirty! Great with copper or EMT for accurate bends.

Makes great bends but instructions were difficult to follow and there are no videos to help. Though technically correct, the text is small, steps are mashed into a paragraph instead of bullets (hard to keep your place) and the sketches are tiny and blurry. These were obviously written by someone very familiar with the tool that did not test them on someone that has never touched the tool. That is the way to know if your instructions work for beginners ;) Get some 1/4" soft copper tube and do a little practicing before trying to use it on your project that requires any accuracy. ... show more
