I bought this to heat a huge inflatable tub of water since our hot water heater doesn't even heat a full bathtub of water. (Aren't slumlords fun?!) I have a 3 gallon plastic bucket that I filled with water, put the wand in the water and then plugged it in. It heated the water to boiling in maybe 7 minutes. Make sure to unplug it again before taking it out of the water. Fires, electrocutions, the danger is real. But the product is awesome. Three gallons of boiling water, when added to lukewarm water goes a long way and I know we saved money by not using the hot water heater that's on its last legs. The only issue that we had was that our electric situation here is dicey. A hair dryer killed my bathroom outlet completely. This thing? Blew the fuses repeatedly. Bought this and started using it. Worked well for 3+ weeks, then Gave me an electrical shock and then stopped working all together. 2 days past return window, so Amazon just fooled with me in a continous loop. Not happy.

Feet hurt? Use in a container like those used for bread, add water, a little Epson salt and you are a new man! Just read the instructions well, don't remove from the water while it is plugged in. Works great and at a very affordable price! in a minute you will have super hot water!

Bought this to use for 4 days until failed water heater was replaced. Fill your bathtub with cold water, put this in for 30 minutes, and you have a nice warm bath.

These work for a while, but eventually scale builds up causing the element to burst internally. They do come with a scrubby pad to occasionally clean, but the scale will outpace you at some point.
