I mainly ordered this for the finger extensor bands, but liked the idea of having grip tools as well. I’ve been dealing with golfers elbow and thought that using the finger extensor bands might be useful to strengthen the muscles opposite of the ones that have been causing issues. I’m happy to say that using the finger extensors every other day has been helping. I’m currently only able to do the band with the least resistance. The grip ball and doughnut are interesting but maybe not of very high difficulty. The gripper tool is better but not nearly as strong as one that I already had from a discount store. Update: Seller reached out to me and gave full refund (or would have sent new product), everything except the grip strength tool worked well for me and I must have gotten a defective product, it is a weird spot for something to break and may not be the company’s fault. I love the carrying bag and most of the items are made well and are useful for working out my hands before grooming. However the grip strength one when used at full tension did not last, it broke on its first use! The metal inside snapped in half and came off.
