Wanted something to give me espresso and this little machine is perfect. Warms up super fast. Very easy to clean once finished. All in all maybe about a minute with prep and cleanup? Some negatives, not all of my cups fit under the nozzle. So if you have a super large cup, it won't fit. However, this is for a shot of espresso and why you'd want a super large cup is in you. I am neutral on the milk steamer. Didn't buy it for it, but did try it to see. I didn't care for that, but that is probably my personal opinion. This has a lot of ummph for such a compact device. I needed a good quality but small espresso machine capable of producing two perfect espressos quickly. It is not that easy to find a compact one with temperature controls, 20 bar pressure, heated top plate, and a handy milk frother, all of which works well. This one certainly fits that description, though. Of course, there are others in this price range that are also good machines. However, I haven’t tried them and I’ve been using this one nearly every day. This has turned out to be a very good choice that I would happily buy again. ... show more

I like the shape and design, looks great on the counter. No assembly required, pull it out of the box, fill with water and you are ready to go. Counter footprint is small, which is great. Just use caution when installing the portafiller, the machine isn’t really heavy so you may need to hold the machine while installing it. Overall very happy with it. The media could not be loaded. I enjoy a coffee 3-4 times a day, don't really do the coffee shop thing due to cost. But this does produce coffee similar to the shops, so I am more than happy. Pretty easy to work and clean so I can't complain at all. Haven't had any issue with the milk frother like some others. I just set it low and moved it up until I was happy. The pressure was absolute. Tha coffee drinks was splendid having using the milk reservoir and the water resorvoir. The foam pressure is very good add on. It is also good to save the leftover milk in the fridge.I made many cups of latte cappuccino for my family this time, so I ran out of milk and the milk comes out a bit less.
