I've used rollators and wheelchairs and scooters and canes since 2012 and have several, so I did expect this "bit-more-expensive" rollator to perform well, but it is SO perfect, I had to share. It's weight capacity is perfect for holding me with a grandchild in my lap - love that. And the padded vinyl seat is cushy! Comfortable on the butt! It is surprisingly QUIET - no squeeks, no rattles, no floppiness with the bag or cables - pretty great! Nothing falls out of an enclosed bag (it's not a wire basket). The height adjustment enables fitting it into smaller trunks and backseats in probably any vehicle. Assembly instructions are clear, quick and the Homland rollator goes together Really Easily - even for fossils like me! Pieces are well-engineered and made with precision, and the few big parts are already mostly assembled. Homland doesn't brag enough about this, but it's a big deal that all the few pieces are well made, partly assembled, and fit together perfectly! I did have ONE issue with brakes. Both wheels arrived locked into the brake position and I found no instructions for adjusting that to make it work. Fortunately, I have a car-guy husband who went to work immediately upon seeing my little tools laid out. It took him about 20 minutes to get wheels rolling with the brakes working perfectly, but this could be an issue for others. I have used this All 5 Days since it arrived & we got it assembled. It makes getting around the house easy (granted we do have wide doors), and so much faster than using a cane, and I carry things to other rooms by sitting them on the seat frequently. We traveled with it last weekend, and it is a "little" heavier than most rollators, but I or my elderly husband got it in and out of the back hatch without difficulty. It is so efficient, putting my bags on the seat or hanging them from a handle along with my cane to roll everything into a hotel room in just one trip. I had another rollator previously that would mysteriously catch, making the rollator pause while in motion, and its rattle was annoying. So I am VERY GLAD TO HAVE this heavy duty Homland model, and I WOULD Definitely buy it again. ... show more

This works as expected. It was hard getting it together. The problem was getting the seat height right then the hand height right. I finally set the seat height right then guessed at the hand height. That took care of it. The other problem was putting it together without kneeling. I have mobility problems and my hands don't work well so I had to get creative. The instructions are good but the is best is the video. It is not hard. There are not a lot of parts. It it a quick, easy job if your hands work or you can get creative. The drink holder makes it a little too wide to maneuver in tight places. Good quality. Stable. I can walk a lot faster safely. ... show more

Back Piece easy install through the screw drive and extra parts in the bag under the seat! Has a nice strap to grab the brace bars between the legs for easy storage! The Weights the best part! Not heavy but no light trash most vendor sells! Weighs like it supports those of 400lbs. I have faith in the metals used to craft this walker! I deal with vendors on DME and would recommend this product! If you in a MAPD plan ask them with thier vendors have this product! Treat it right it be you last on you but! Tight breaks and adjustable and most importantly Sturdy! Should have gotten the red but got the silver! Only complaint lol! Happy shopping ... show more

This is my first day with the rollator, but I found it easy to assemble and walking with it has been comfortable. It is very sturdy, the wheels roll smoothly, and the seat is ample for sitting. I think that I will soon be walking distances I never expected to walk again.

The chair works very well. Very stable and the wheels roll easily. You can easily sit in the chair and scoot around, if you can't stand. It does slip a little on very slick floors, as expected due to the light weight. Only complaint is the directions for assembly were the worst I have ever read, so just beware. ... show more

I have an upright walker which is great for walking outdoors or events like fairs or shows. This walker is much more manageable in the house and in my vehicle. It works well in restuarants, small stores and other tighter quarters. I like being able to travel over thresholds, bumpy or rough ground. The brakes work well and keep the walker from moving when I need to stop and stay. I can lift it over bumps, cords etc. It doesn't weigh more than 30 pounds. ... show more
