Pros: Overall, this is a great multipurpose seat/ kneeler great for outdoor yard & garden work as well as indoor tasks. We had the opportunity to use this a few times already. It is very sturdy with a heavy duty metal frame, yet light enough to carry around with you. The dense foam kneeling pad is comfortable to sit or kneel on. My favorite feature is that it folds up easily by squeezing the metal bars on either side of the seat so it can be stored in a small space. Over the years we’ve had several garden seats including wagons with seats and plain stools. These all worked poorly and took up so much space to store that I never wanted another one until I saw this model. When folded up the metal frame is about 4” and it’s around 5-1/4 inches high with the seat stacked on top. When used outside the bottom rails help to keep the legs from sinking too deep into loose soil. Cons: Assembling the seat was a bit difficult. To make the frame you have to slide the metal tubes into each other through the seat bottom and affix with metal screws. It is hard to align the screw holes and this took us about 20 minutes of frustration. (I recommend using a flashlight to see into the holes.) Also I don’t like the slap bands that are used to affix the kneeling pad to the seat. They are hard to get tight enough so the pad doesn’t move around. I will probably end up changing these to heavy Velcro ties at some point. Overall I’m happy with this seat other than the slight Issues noted above. ... show more
