Already stopped connecting to WiFi after only a couple of weeks. NO CUSTOMER CARE BY PHONE. Only a recording to email them and they will get back to you in 24-48 hours. Had a lot of hope for this product. Disappointing.

    • flimsy and doesnt work
The door on the safe is thin plastic. I was unable to get the device to connect to the wifi to use its remote features. I did contact their tech support via email it did not help. I returned it .

    • Could not be unlocked over Wifi
Connecting the safe to Wifi was easy, but once I had done it I found it would not unlock itself when told to through the app. It would make noise like something was moving, but the door would not come open.

    • Interesting concept, but limited utility for the price
In a way, it's what I expected for the price - something roughly similar to the safes we all have experience with in hotel rooms, but built with plastic, not metal. Does it provide any real security? Not much - the safe can easily be removed from where you put it by brute force or tools and taken. After that, a few good bashes with a hammer or a cutting tool and it'll lay it's innards wide open. Now, if the thief tries to open it by pressing any of the buttons, it'll wake up and phone home that it's being tampered with, resulting in a notification on your phone to that effect. Will you know where it goes? I can imagine a way or two of finding out (putting a GPS in it is one way) - but there is no way, given the features of this product that it can be tracked. After all of that it might sound like I'm displeased, but I'm not - it serves a purpose - light security for things like medications (which is what I think they built it for) and if you use it that way and don't keep irreplaceable things in it, I imagine you'd be pleased. For the price, however, you can do a lot better with a standard biometric safe built from some non-trivial materials - and save a lot of money at the same time. It's no bargain at the offer price here. I'll likely be returning it for something more formidable. ... show more

I bought this safe twice and both times it stopped working after a couple weeks. No matter how many times you swap out the for new batteries, hold down buttons, whatever, it will refuse to light up or turn on. It is a physical-key only safe AT BEST and certainly not worth the price at that point. Also if you purchase it through Amazon, their customer support will refuse to assist you.     • Very low end product, mobile app features out of order on all devices (server side), do not buy !
After unboxing, you struggle with faulty online features for hours and days, but nothing works, you get different kind of error messages all the time on mobile app ("request timed out", "server error 500", and so on), the mobile app just doesn't work, nonexistent customer support, so it's just like a safe box with a manual code padlock ! The entire reason I got this was for the remote functionality. But the app doesn't work on a phone as common as a Samsung Galaxy Note 10+
