We bought 2 bureaus. We paid $19.99 shipping each, because for some reason we didn't qualify for Amazon free shipping. One came with all the right parts. One had one wrong part. We assembled the one with the right parts. Great piece of furniture. We contacted the company about the wrong part, and did not receive a reply or even an acknowledgement of our email. We reported the second bureau as defective, received a refund through Amazon, and had to repackage and take the defective bureau to a shipping center to return it. We are elderly and not up to lifting and toting heavy things. That didn't seem to matter. We ordered a replacement bureau, and paid another $19.99 for shipping, then were billed over $193 to return ship the defective bureau we paid $19.99 to get shipped to us in the first place. We haven't received the replacement bureau, so don't know if all the parts will be right with that one. So are we've paid for shipping on three bureaus, at a total of $59.97, and over $193 to return the defective bureau, at a total of over $253 in shipping and handling, and $189.99 for the one bureau we did get with all the right parts. That brings the cost of the one bureau we have to $442.99, not the $189.99 advertised price. Do not buy from this company. It's not financially worth it, which is unfortunate, because the product, when you get one with all the right parts, is very goo. ... show more

This dresser took about an hour and a half to build. Lightweight and easy to move around with 1 person. It is slightly smaller than I expected but that my fault for not paying attention to the dimensions. No real complaints, but the drawers could be improved (better stoppers, rails instead of felt slides, ect) ... show more

Not only is this dresser great for the price, it’s easy to assemble (esp if you have your own screwdrivers) but the customer service is great. I lost one of the screws so I messaged them just asking for the coordinates so I could go buy one, well they send me an entire thing of extra parts for free.
