My dog's coat is dried in a fraction of the time thanks to this machine's strong motor, which has 4.8 horsepower and uses 3,600 watts. This not only helps me save valuable time during the grooming process, but it also assures that my dog won't have to go through an extended drying session, which may be unpleasant for him. The fact that both the pace and the temperature may be adjusted to suit my preferences is a quality that I value very much. When the weather is cooler, I can adjust the temperature to a lower setting to avoid my furry companion overheating, and when the weather is colder, I can adjust the temperature to give a soft, warm airflow to keep my furry friend cozy and comfortable. The fact that this dryer operates at a very low decibel level is a really welcome feature. It is common knowledge that the process of grooming may be upsetting for our animals, and it is also common knowledge that loud sounds can make their uneasiness worse. My dog has a much easier time and a more pleasant experience when it comes to the drying process now that the amount of noise produced by the dryer has been greatly reduced. I love how is less noise than others. I own a doggie daycare, hotel & grooming facility and this is a must!! I feel like is also smoother than others. AMAZING quality. And it fits under one of my grooming tables!

Used it on three of my dogs and works great. Does a great job drying and loved the volume of air that it produced. The amount of extra fur blown out is great. The reason for 4/5 stars is, I wish I had noticed that the coolest setting was 95 degrees F. There is no way to turn the heat off completely. That said, holding the nozzle a little further off of the dogs coat mixes plenty of fresh air for lukewarm feel. Both settings for heat were a very comfortable temperature for the dog. ... show more

I have always taken my pup to Unleashed to wash and dry with their equipment. Every time it is a traumatic experience for both of us. My 85lb pup hates the noise, tries to attack the hose, and never fully dries before we have to leave. I watched “A Girl With Dogs” and she had a dryer like this, so I decided to try it. It was amazing. I didn’t have to cover my dogs ears and she didn’t freak out and try to get away. The fur was flying, though- a real furnado!!! - which was exactly what we needed. I got this to bathe my husky. It has sufficient power to dry him completely within a half hour or so. I however love love love this thing for everyday oddball tasks. I use it as an electronics duster, A dish dryer, a porch leaf blower, and all sorts of other stuff. One of my Best Buy’s this year. I would note that the heat toggle should never be on when drying a critter. The machine gets pretty hot when running. Would buy again. ... show more
