  • Great speakers for the cost and size!!!
Color: Black
If you read the reviews most of them say how amazing these sound. And I totally agree. But I wanted to leave a review and talk about the build quality. I find because these are so small and light weight it is easy for me to knock them off the desk. This is not a problem with the speakers, this is a problem with me being clumsy. I knocked the main speaker off my desk twice before even getting it set up and have knocked it off quite a few times since while using them. My IK Multimedia micro main speaker has fallen from about 3 feet onto a hardwood floor at least 4 times and does not appear to have a scratch or one single issue. So not only are they a great price and sound good, they are also built well. ... show more

  • Amazing sound, some usability issues
Color: Black
Unbelievable sound for the size, hands down. Unfortunately, few things are definitely causing some back pain -- which can't be ignored given such a hefty price. 1. Noise. Very noticeable hum when not connected to the source / not playing. 2. Bluetooth. Random re-connects with very annoying loud confirmation beep, all while the source is within 2 feet from the speakers. 3. Volume via bluetooth. About 20% of the times after power-up and connection, playback volume is very low. Just re-connecting BT without touching any volume controls on the source or speakers, volume goes back to normal. 4. Wire and connectors. Wire that connects left speaker is pretty thick and rigid, coming straight out of a pretty long plug - can't place speaker closer than 3" to the wall ... show more

  • Que calidad!
Color: Black
Es un placer escuchar lo que sea en estos monitores, esta marca siempre está a la vanguardia en desarrollo e innovación y ni se diga la calidad. Disfruto mucho cada sesión con estos monitores encendidos. Es una gran compra sin duda.

  • Massive for the size
Color: Black
I was very impressed when I open and plug them. The sound is massive. Do not expect such an experience from 3 inch monitors. I mean, bass is great, middle is clear, highs crisp. Yes, it’s not Adam A5X (the ones that I also have) or other expensive monitors, but for their price it’s fantastic.

  • Full sized studio monitors in a portable form factor. You won't regret this purchase
Color: Black
"THE OH YEAH'S" -Most important Audio Quality. Covers wide range of the frequency spectrum. Sub bass output will satisfy a majority of people.. -Settings and Knobs- Allows for speakers to be placed on desks or on stands. Want flat and no color for advancing music monitoring? These give you options "THE AH MANNN" -Though portable, it's definitely more hefty and girthy for it to be a true travel everywhere speakers. Mainly stays on my desk -It is one passive and one active speaker meaning it does not provide a balanced input if you were intending to connect it to an audio interface with only balanced xlr outputs like I have. You can definitely purchase and aux to unbalanced xlr adapter. It is possible you may deal with hum but i've had no issues "MY DIAGNOSIS" 8.7 out of 10. I've had them for a year and still definitely will be using these for several years. I was able to get them on Black Friday for a $100 less than normal price which definitely has made these speakers an awesome value. ... show more

  • Remarkable sound in small package
Color: Black
Easy to set up. I use as both computer speakers and audio monitors for music recording. The quality of sound astounding for size and definitely upgrade vs. what I used to use (high end Bose speakers).

  • Good sound but a fatal flaw
Color: Black
They sound great but there are some oddities you need to know about. At certain frequencies, usually in spoken male voice, you will get a loud vibration that you will definitely hear. I am using these as computer speakers. Found some posts online about this issue by a musician. He posted a link to the exact note that causes the vibration https:// soundcloud.com/john-salazar-8/iloud-test-bb-octave-rhodes (remove my space after //). Ripping the grill off the offending left speaker in my case helped (extremely difficult, it appears to be epoxyed at the corners), but there is still an obvious loud vibration peak that is much louder then the source material being played. Not sure if its an internal physical issue of something loose, or an electronic issue that occurs in the digital circuitry. It is disappointing to spend this much $$ and have such an easily repeatable problem not be engineered out, before the speakers were released. For music playback at low volumes you may or may not notice this anomaly. For listening to podcasts, youtube videos of people talking, or even dialogue in movies you might not like this annoying buzzing. For reference, I have the volume of the speaker set on its back slightly below the halfway mark, and using my Corsair keyboard volume control above 38/100 causes the massive vibration spike every time. 100% repeatable. I installed a freeware program on my computer called Equalizer APO 1.2 that allows you to customize a detailed 31band octave directly in windows 10 before its routed to the motherboards onboard sound chip. I was able to remove some of the problem by lowering the frequencies near the buzzing in the APO equalizer. Here is a copy of the most valid post I found online detailing this exact problem: ..."however, when playing a B3 or Bb3 or the same notes an octave above (B4, Bb4) at higher velocities/volumes the left speaker makes a very noticeable high pitched buzzing noise as if a piece of hardware within the speaker is resonating with the note. The is especially prominent when playing rhodes tones from my keyboard and from Keyscape. I also hear this buzzing occasionally when watching videos where the voices are in the same ranges." Source of that copy paste: http:// forums.musicplayer.com/ubbthreads.php/topics/3041369/buzzing-when-using-iloud-micro-monitors-as-keyboard-amp I was hesitant to buy speakers made out of plastic for issues exactly like this. Plastic made stuff tends to be thin and easily set into resonance at certain frequencies. Spent countless hours watching and reading reviews and they seemed to be some kind of technical miracle. Well, as always is the case, you cannot defy the laws of physics. I will reach out to the manufacturer and see if they have any diy solutions that I can do to fully use these speakers without this limitation. Other than that annoying high pitched buzzing, the speakers sound great, seem well built, and are sturdy. I wish they had an optical input though, but that would add to the cost as it would need more circuitry. ... show more
