I do not recommend this set. Despite a positive review, I decided to give it a try—but it was a disappointment. Only the armchair and loveseat arrived, and after assembling them, I found they were too small. At 5'5" and 130 pounds, this set felt undersized compared to standard furniture. I contacted the seller to report the missing items and requested a refund since the set wasn’t suitable. Instead of honoring my request, they informed me they reshipped the additional ottoman and sofa (it was lost according to sender) and were already on their way. Frustrated, I reiterated that I didn’t want them and just wanted a refund. The seller then told me it was my responsibility to stop the shipment, either by waiting at home to refuse delivery (with no guaranteed time or date) or contacting FedEx to reject it. FedEx, however, said I needed to coordinate with the seller. At this point, I contacted the seller again, explaining that it was unreasonable for me to manage the return of a shipment I didn’t request. Their response? I had to cover the return shipping costs out of pocket, and only after they received everything would they issue a refund. Frustrated, I escalated the matter to Amazon, but the process dragged on for two weeks. Ultimately, I had to push Amazon directly to get my refund.
