I owned one of these before and lost it. This is a good product. The lighting features are soothing and the noise features are good for light sleepers. The only drawback is the speaking voice for the meditation. It automatically comes on on my favorite light feature and I have to turn it off repeatedly. I love how it looks and sounds. I wish the lights weren’t that bright, something a little softer would be more relaxing to have near the bedside. Hubby just move it across the room and it is more tolerable at night to have on. The sleep timer is a bonus and sounds are clear. I liked the design of the outside of the unit, and the colors are pleasing -- especially the blue. It is hard to hear the voice clearly on the first sound -- the 4-7-8 breathing.     • Amazing little thing
I only use this for the light mode, the sounds all sound static-y but the lights are amazing and very calming. I have an app on my phone for white noise. 15 mins with the rotating lights is calming and I feel so much better. This little thing is amazing!

I absolutely love this ihome zen candle. It is so calming and relaxing. I bought one for my bedroom and one for my daughter’s bedroom. It helps her sleep at night. Its a nice little night light as well. I love that you can change the light colors and change the calming meditation sounds. It has breathing techniques as well. I received one of these for my birthday and immediately fell in love with it - i have purchased 2 more and one is for my office. 20 minutes of quiet meditation at lunch makes the afternoons peaceful and constructive. I love this.

    • Like, but needs better controls. Replacing now.
The sound is good, the lights is fine, but the controls to turn it on/off or adjust anything are hard to use. I would prefer one power button, easily accessed to just turn it on and off at the last setting I had it. Also, it is very hard if not impossible to clean/dust given the recessed candle.
