so far it has pumped about 1000 gallons, 50 gallons at a time and the only complaint is; that the feet vibrated off.. I fixed them only to have them come right off the next time i used. I ended up using a check strap to hold the pump down.. so fat so good..

There are two thing I found that I didn’t like about this pump. The connectors. The outlet is right hand thread and the inlet is left hand thread. When I got that straightened out the pump worked great. But… The pressure out is set a 90 psi and your not able to adjust it to a lower pressure. I added a pressure regulator on to the outlet side. I’m thinking of adding a pressure vessel between the pump and regulator to cut down on the pressure cut off cycling of the pump. ... show more

I'm using it to preasurize a tank. Worked well for a while then suddenly stopped. The key is keeping air out of the system. The suction is good but the output needs to be purged of all air.

Purchased for fresh water system in my Sprinter camper van. My faucet uses 1/4" OD hose which doesn't fit with anything stock anywhere so I had to find connectors that fit to buy separately. Very pleased with finished system. I'd previously purchased a couple of these to transfer fresh water from dinghy into my sailboat tanks. If you need to move a lot of water quickly you'd want to go for higher watt but for me, these little pumps do the jobs I've needed for the best price point. ... show more

It doesn't say how many Amps it needs exactly but based on the power supplies that didn't work I'd say 12v 4A is the minimum that it wants. Using a 3A makes it cut out sometimes. But although you can't adjust pressure (a definite minus), for the price and features, it works. To adjust pressure higher, you need to loosen the press switch housing. It does slighty raise the cut in to cut out ratio. I got mine to 120psi cut out this way with 95psi cut in... My first pump on its own hit 150psi...but I don't think that's safe... It raised up as it broke in...or got clogged? Some pumps have very poor self priming, others are great. If you get one that is poor, return n replace it, it's supposed to prime well. An alternative to save time (cuz I got 2 In a row that had zero suction even if you dipped it water. Is to take the 5 screws on the front and back off and wiggle the "+" looking plastic piece and add a light coat of silicone paste to it and reassemble as you found it (don't forget the spring). This can get jammed if it's been sitting a while or unused. ... show more

I’m using this on a 15 gal. Sprayer that calls for a 35 psi pump. I didn’t notice that this one is 116 psi. I’m sure it works fine but can it be turned down to meet my specs?

The mounting was backwards as far as inlet and outlet goes, compared to the old pump on my 20 gallon sprayer. Now… for an old farm boy like me, no problem. City slickers might find it a bit troublesome depending on if they can “turn a wrench” or not😂
