  • Cheerful look for our "Hawai'ian room," and some things to know if you plan to get crafty with this.
This is absolutely beautiful and cheerful! This purchase is for the bedroom; and we bought two. One is for the window as a curtain, and another is used to recover a headboard that had the framing that we wanted, and not the fabric. I specifically looked for fabric shower curtains to re-cover it, because it is important to me to have a padded one that can be wiped clean. The observations that others made about the lighter gray being more beige are true. However, in a room with a shortage of natural light, it looks gray again. I've ordered a gray blanket and gray pillow shams for the bed. That way this fabric on the headboard, and some lively throw pillows, can be the eye-catching accents against the larger blanket. As a window covering, know that this is light. If you want to have some privacy with light coming through, it is perfect. That makes sense, since it is a shower curtain, haha! I have a shade underneath it for when we'd like to block the light. A thermal curtain could be used underneath, instead, if desired. The fabric on the headboard was dark, so we first put a lighter upholstery fabric over that to be the background for this lighter fabric. That worked well. This fabric does show the texture, it actually looks like this fabric has that texture, now. Our end result is just great. Getting there was difficult. In case anyone is considering a similar project, or any modification of the curtain to be hung in a different way, let me give you the heads up that this fabric does not appreciate being worked with. You'll need to be careful. It is fine when it is all in place, and I have no worries about the curtain or the headboard now that it is done. However, when we would pull on the fabric to tighten it as we were also screwing it into place, it loved to run. Ladies will know that clear nail polish can put an end to that. As soon as we noticed the problem, we used the polish where the screws had to hold it into place, to prevent the running. There are also products in the notions departments that have the same effect, and you would need to use something like that. Fusible web interfacing may do the trick. It was my intention to put grommets through the curtain and to create some more accessories with the rest of the fabric, with the rest of this fabric. However, since I am a bit crazy about washing things like that all the time, and the fabric could run, I did not put in grommets or make pillow cases. Instead, I might actually use it to face the beat-up dresser drawers, as I can seal it on there without all of the pulling that could ruin the fabric. Right now it is kind of fun to consider the options and enjoy the anticipation of more projects, so I can't really say. This pattern is on very well, with clean & crisp printing. I didn't see any errors at all. The fabric also ironed out beautifully. I highly recommend taking a bit of time to do that as it makes a world of difference in how these look. You wouldn't wear rumply clothes, so don't do that to your house, lol! Seriously, this was a great purchase and I am pleased with it. I hope that this is helpful to you; let me know, and happy shopping! ... show more

  • It's a shower curtain
It's a shower curtain!! The only thing you should be aware of is the fact that it's not actually grey and black. The black is black but the grey portion has more of a green or turquoise tint to it. My rugs are a deep turquoise-ish color and the curtain blends in well

  • Light, effective, attractive and simple
Light, easy to machine wash and quickly dries naturally by air. No need to even put it in the dryer. The white sections are bright white and the two tones in grey and charcoal (leaves) are solid and well colored. We placed this along with a medium weight frosted liner. With just the liner we had a horrible draft but once this was hung up the draft was eliminated. So although it's light weight, it's effective for blocking outside air while being lightly colored enough to allow in light. Honestly this is the perfect curtain for us. It did have a slight odor from the plastic packaging it arrived in but of course it was washed prior to installation and the smell was totally gone with just a light machine wash on cold. ... show more

  • Simply nice
I received these curtains the other day and they are really nice looking (simple and elegant) so much so my 3 year old daughter thought it was a dress for her to wear. We are happy with it. But i'm wondering does one order contain 2 curtains because the product description said quantity 1 and I received 2.. oh well I gave the extra one to a friend that needed it so it worked out! ... show more

  • Pretty and Nice
Purchased to replace our old curtain that I'd become bored with after about 10 years. This appears to be made of exactly the same quality as the one we replaced, so I expect it will last a long time as well. Outer shower curtains like this don't really see a lot of action in life, though, I mean, not at my house anyway. They are opened, then closed a few times a day and that's about it. It's very simple and clean and pretty. When I showed my husband after I hung it up, his response was, "That's perfect." Would purchase again if I ever get a second bathroom. ... show more

  • Walmart product for walmart price
Bought this curtain for my guest bathroom tub/shower combo. Pros of this 100% polyester shower curtain: - No liner to buy - Just toss into the wash for cleaning - Dries quick Nice looking curtain. Good price compared to what I'd seen in the stores. UPDATE: I took my star rating down to two stars. The reason is that this is the thinnest polyester shower curtain I ever saw. I should have paid more and bought the one in the store. The problem is that the material is sooo thin, that when you shower, the power of the shower head creates an air flow that brings the bottom of the shower curtain inward. I HATE the feeling of a shower curtain or liner of any sort, clinging to my skin. This material is so thin, I have to adjust the shower head in a way, that diminishes my showering experience in order to keep the air flow from blowing the lower part of the shower curtain inward. You get what you pay for. ... show more

  • Great!
I looked at shower curtains on amazon for several days before finally deciding on this one and I absolutely love it! It was very cheap so I was surprised with the level of quality and it looks really cute in my bathroom. The reason I took off a star is because the coloring is a bit different than in the picture, and of course that’s expected. The dark gray leaves appear black in the picture and the light gray ones appear sort of green to me, but I read that in other reviews too. Overall it’s a great shower curtain. I left a picture of it right out of the packaging so it’s a little wrinkled. ... show more

  • Nice picture in ad, in reality it’s poor quality
The material is very thin. Better quality can be found at local store but was very happy to find the color combination in this item only to be very disappointed. Does not present well, looks cheap, feels cheap. As soon as I buy a different one locally, this goes to the donation pile.
