If you've chewed Ice Breakers, you already know that it starts out with a texture with little poppable bits and soon becomes smooth. If you haven't - head's up! I really like that initial texture - it is fun. The cinnamon is perfectly spiced, very medium. It loses flavor after chewing for a while and the texture becomes harder and harder to chew. While I wish it would last forever, it's fine and I feel satisfied with its longevity. It lasts longer than Mentos cinnamon and has more flavor longer. That said, if you like to chew hard sooner, go for Mentos but say bye-bye to the little crystal crunchy bits that are the hallmark of Ice Breakers. And I like the Xylitol for mouth health. This gum is a great combination of great, fresh flavor and long lasting taste. I've been searching for a gum that has a long lasting taste while chewing, many gum brands are bland and the flavor dissipates after a few minutes,but these do the trick quite well! The flavor lasts for over 10 minutes from one just one piece from my experience and never truly loses complete flavor for a while after, just more dulled down after 10 plus minutes. I don't usually like anything with artificial sweeteners; but the "funny" taste is imperceptible in CINNAMON ICE BREAKERS CHEWING GUM. I chomp on a couple of pieces when I'm on the fly and want to freshen my breath. I doesn't stick to crowns and bridges.
