You’ve heard Joe Rogan talk about cold plunge and those “high tech” equipments that provide amazing benefits for your health (which they do), the only problem is that each one cost over $5,000+ each. All the great benefits of ice plunging for an extremely affordable price. It’s made with great quality as well, I was very impressed. Takes about 5 minutes to set up, and about another 10 minutes to fill it with water. Very well insulated, water stays cold for a long time. It even comes with a duffel bag for traveling and a lid for extended insulation! I have my whole family trying to use this thing now lol. Definitely getting another one. Being an athlete, recovery is something that is essential to my daily life. Being able to recover at the comfort of my home with the frozen zen is a game changer! After about a month of using I found that not only is it super convenient & easy to install, but it always works really well. I like to have the temperature set around 50 degrees when I do my plunge, and after a couple uses of leaving the water it there, the temperature never got above 61. I live in a place where the outside temperature is easily 95-105 on the daily, and for it to keep its temperature down throughout the day really impressed me.
