It would have been lovely to try all three olive oil infusions. They sent two garlic infused olive oils instead. No one will stop breathing because of the mix up or even lament beyond this review. It sounds absolutely delicious and WAS the selling point. Nevertheless, we shall continue forward, wondering what it might have tasted like. No rocks will be thrown. No cars overturned. No unkind words will be uttered. Definitely no swears. May the force be with anyone else who tries to resolve the issue. Ta-ta. ... show more

I like the smaller bottles as the product is less likely to expire and lose flavor. But it doesn't taste like pure extra virgin olive oil. Either it's old or it's another oil type. It just tastes oily, not an olive flavor.

I like the garlic for toast, brush a bit over my bread, put it under the broiler for a few, and oh so good. I marinated some boneless chicken thighs with the herb, then roasted with some vegetables, Will defiantly do that again. I have not used the truffle yet, saving the first try for some salmon. i cant wait. Over all, even just taking a small taste upon opening the bottles, its got a really nice flavor, not overpowering, just right. ... show more
