Olive Oil Cooks better, but also has a better taste when you are eating the food cooked. Plus it doesn't seem to require a whole lot of it to achieve what your cooking to the crispiness, that golden brown look, or over cooking the eggs along their edges. Plus it doesn't smell up the place either.
